  1. Candl, Most have a frame around the TV held in by 4 screws. If you have 4 wooden buttons, pop then off and the screws should be there. After you remove the frame there should be some brackets of some sort. Hope this works for you. Herman
  2. Byron, We hope Betty get better soon. You both are in our prayers. Herman
  3. Bruce, How well can you hear on the Blue Tooth in your coach? And how is the voice transmission? I have tried my Garmin's Blue Tooth but it wasn't very good. C U N Gillette, Herman
  4. This Topic sound very familiar. I think is was discussed before. My best solution would be to contact Newmar. They may know of the issue and have a solution. Herman
  5. Paul, The most expensive thing on an RV is something that is FREE. Herman
  6. Mark, My 02 Dtnasy's key pad is located under the arm rest by the passengers seat. Reach down and you will find it. Herman
  7. FMC Assist does provide the necessary mode of transportation to return you to your home or destination deemed necessary by the Doctor in charge of your treatment. Be it a Yellow cab or a Lear Jet. I have heard of it costing up to and over $35,000.00 for the service and it is all covered by FMC Assist. It is a great benefit. Herman
  8. Mike, Welcome to the Forum. There are some very nice folks at the FMCA office. Give them a call at 513-474-3622 and ask to the Benefits person. They will be able to walk you through the program. Herman
  9. You can wait for a while if not using your coach. Remember to renew for as long as you want coverage. You can purchase 3 years and guarantee the $69.95 price. You will need to renew your membership for the same 3 years. Herman
  10. That is the one I have been looking for. Thanks for the link. Herman
  11. I forgot there is a RV Park up 75 in Melissa called Lighthouse. About 15 to 20 miles north. I know you can park over night in the Sam's lot in McKinney. I have seen coaches there many times. Herman
  12. Richard, If I am not mistaken Meandering Way is in Richardson. We lived on Worcester Way for 8 years. There is a shopping center on Belt Line between Arapaho and Coit. You may be able to dry camp there. There is a hospital on Campbell Road just off Central Expressway (Hwy75) that may work. You could have your brother check on each place. I don't know if Richardson allows overnight parking. Your brother could check that also. Good luck, let me know what you find. Herman
  13. Texas Custom Coaches in Pipe Creek can do service work and PMs. Carl can tell you about tires there. What brand of tires are you looking for. Have you looked at FMCAs Michelint/Continental program? Herman
  14. Joe, I will give it a try. I would love to get a shine on my windshield like that. (Now if I can only get Carl to apply it for me in Gillette ) Thanks for the heads up. Herman
  15. I clean mine and never had them look like that. Herman
  16. I remember there was a fellow that his son, a machinist made the gear out of steel for him and he made many more for other folks. Is that the same person in your post? Herman
  17. It is a beautiful coah. I can't get over how clean and shiney the windshield is. Herman
  18. I tow a Silverado, 2011, and I am lucky I do not have Electronic Steering nor a Steering Wheel locking pin. As part of my hook up procedure, once my indicator says I am in 4 wheel drive neutral I release the Parking Brake, put the transmission in Reverse and gun the engine. This does two things, first it insure the brake is off since the vehicle won't move with the brake on and second it tells me that the transmission is in fact in Neutral. I did on one occasion leave the Brake Engaged. The wheels did turn. But the brake pads were toast and it got so hot the parking brake cables melted everything that was plastic. I am now proficient at rebuilding the entire rear brakes system on a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Heman
  19. The same spot as Texas. Tejas, a Caddo language term from which Texas is derived.
  20. Where would he put it on his Bounder? Herman

  22. Joe, Have you thought about taking it to a rebuilder to see if they can rebuild it.? Also try Colaws.com. Give them the P/N and they may have one in stock. If you are returning from New Mexico you could go there on you return trip. Or are you going to Gillette? Herman
  23. Until you get a new inline check valve, which is your problem, fill your water tank and just use the pump. I am willing to bet if you do that you won't have the pump coming on intermittently. IMHO Herman
  24. Thanks for the heads up. All folks with said tire need be aware of this recall. See you in Gillette. Herman
