This subject is being bashed on other forums. Richard summed it up real good on one of them. I feel this thread is going to drag on and on and on, and I'll probably be one of the contributors. Bill, my philosophy is that any discount no matter how small is better than no discount at all. When I need or want fuel, I stop at the nearest truck stop and get it. I'm not a millionaire, nor even an inkling close to being one, but if the station doesn't have a discount and I pay $0.40 more per gallon for 100 gallons, I'm sure my pocketbook can come up with the extra $40. If not, I'll borrow from Earlene - she's money bags anyhow. Looking at the TSD site there are some stations out there giving over $0.80 discount so I guess it all comes out with the wash and evens out if one can stop at those larger discount places the next time.

Here is the TSD Link Most TA and Petro's are about are double or MORE than what Love's is giving.
-
Love's used to give a 40 cent discount but just recently all Love stations have a standard EFS card discount of 16 cents. That's the difference between your $2.14 and $1.98 discount. TA and Petro now have the better discounts with the EFS card through TSD Logistics.

Hey, leave the south out of this. Last comment for Ray. Undo the linkage to the step motor. Let the step go in and bungee it instead of leaving it out when you travel, that is if your bones can take it. Put a blanket on the rocks. In keeping with the tradition of staying on subject, I offer this. Because of the COVID19 and travel restrictions depicted in the map of the OP, we decided prior to cancel our Summer trip. the link shows the areas we were going to as being high travel risks. So there!

ROFL! ...and so true!

JoelGrey only had 1 post. Wonder if he'll be back. Let's not get carried away with the OP as Joel was referring to HULU only.

Ray, Turn your master service switch off. Pull gently on the step and see if it comes out. Either way, turn the master switch back on and see if it works. I don' know for sure the 2000 model will reset that way but it's worth the try.

How the heck do they know what zip code you are in. You can turn off locations services for Hulu, or any other app that requires it. Use a web browser and use a VPN and you can be anywhere you want to be.

Anytime I roll into a place that has a sign that says, "No Exhaust Brakes," or "No Jake Brakes," I have to admit that I totally disregard them. The exhaust or Jake brakes are safety issues. They stop my GVWR 45,600 pound MH towing a car a lot faster when I do have to apply the brakes than if they were off. The ordnance is to placate the people who have complained about the noise. Yes, the 18 wheelers are very noisy compared to my MH. On the other hand, if I turn it off and the just downshift - I get basically the same stopping power and the SAME noise.

Thanks Ray.

Yep, a quick look under the coach should confirm IFS or non-IFS.

My system is AF1 but the brake lights are hooked to the umbilical cord and they dome on when the exhaust brake is on. I have a two stage, is that exhaust of jake?

I can't believe I missed that one Bill. I wonder how he moves it, and does he have to move it back the next week? I wonder if that is piled high and deep!!
-
I don't know. I asked the person who did it but she said they have changed a lot of things and she would not go back to them.
-
Ah! Bobbie's a genius!
-
Enlighten me, does the exhaust brake activate the AF1? I was under the impression that the brake pedal of the coach being pressed applied proportional air pressure to the brakes of the TOAD through the AF1. The exhaust brake does not activate the air system on the coach...or did someone tell me wrong.

Herman, that got a sound chuckle out of me.

On our trip last year we were headed to Scenic Hills RV Park in Berlin, OH. (GPS will say MIllersburg, OH) Well GPS was what I was following and it did take me to Scenic HIlls, but, It took me the shortest route and not the fastest. Talk about some narrow roads and on one of them I came to a 90 degree right hand turn. Had I known it was 90 degrees I would have pulled more to the left to make the turn. As it would be, there was a stone wall about waist high on a man and it followed the road right to the 90 degree turn. As I turned I kept watching the right side mirror and I cleared that stone wall with about 4 inches to spare. I look up and see a sign, Narrow Bridge. We squeezed across. Sometimes one can get trouble. In either case I could have unhooked the TOAD and changed positions. Happy to have a 60˚ wheel cut. Another time in California it was a debate between my wife's iPad and my GPS. My GPS said go up to Hwy 74, hers said take Sage Rd. We took Sage Rd. Most of the time I was doing 15 mph and trying to see if I could read the license plate on the TOAD as we drove some of the turns. When I got to JoJoba Hills Escapee Park I mentioned how I got there and the lady behind the counters said, "You Didn't! No one takes that road in an RV." Yep, I did. There are narrow roads out there. I try and look at Google Earth or Satellite view for my next day's travels.

Have a friend that went into MX from somewhere in AZ. American doctor picked her up at the border and brought her back home as I understand it. She had lots of implants for less than $10k.

Any relatives in the picture.
