  1. Jim S, That is a good explanation on trailer tires. Bill
  2. About the only thing I know how to do now is start trouble shooting back from the thermostat to find out where the power is interrupted. Bill
  3. Well Larry, Welcome to the Forum. Good advise so far. If they look good and no cracking I would feel like they should be ok. The trailer guys I know usually go 5 - 6 years. Where are you located? Bill Cooley
  4. Keep an eye out for Road Ranger stations. Found one in Odesa Texas that had a better discount than TA or Petro. Bill
  5. Don't know what the one for the Greyhawk looked like but Amazon has about 25 difurant type of powered mounts. Bill
  6. Get out of Florida to I-95 North to I-26 to Columbia and pick up I-77 North. Then at Fort Chiswell take I-81 Then it will merge with I-64. Stay on I-81 till I-78 splits off. Stay on that till I-287 splits off at Pluckemin, Bedminster, NJ. Use I-287 to cross the Governor Mario M. Cuomo Bridge. I-287 will merge back into I-95 north to Boston. Bill
  7. Have you pulled the cover off the thermostat and looked to see if there is a small 12v fuse in there or one near it providing 12V power to it. Bill
  8. I haven't seen diesel burner, furnace heat that came from the celling. I have never seen heat from the diesel furnace coming from celling only heat from the heat pumps. Cheech your thermostat and make shure you have the correct "mode" in each "zone". I am thinking you have at least 2 zones. Bill
  9. What is "hurricane heat" is that the furnace or the heat pumps? Bill
  10. What is wrong with your emission control parts/system? Bill
  11. Something I might do is mask both the door (around the outside edge of thee paint mark) and the lock. Around the top edge/radius of the lock. Then run a bead of sealant around the lock and smooth it out and then remove the tape. I would probably clean it with acetone and use a good RV sealant like dicor. How loose is the lock? Bill
  12. I don't think I would use those gold plated units. Look at these plane ones. https://www.pplmotorhomes.com/parts/rv-appliances/air-conditioner/air-conditioners-coleman-dometic I would also look at the Coleman Vantage Adapter kit allows you to use your existing Dometic control box, CT wall thermostat and ducting ceiling plenum to install Coleman-Mach heat pumps and air conditioners. Bill
  13. What does your surge guard say about the incoming power? Did you check cycle the circuit breakers on the generator? What was the voltage at the plug in receptacles? What was the battery voltage? Bill
  14. Welcome to the forum. Not enough information to give a good answer. Bill
  15. Welcome to the forum. You might read the post just before yours. Bill
  16. Well wonder how D is doing. To quiet on the forums. What onley 10 people know about them? Bill
  17. Is this a new model for 2022? The FMCA towing guide (newest I could find is 2021) doesn't list it so I would be careful checking it out. Bill
  18. From what I have read they don't have one. They just "free form" the installation. What kind of problem are you having? Have you talked to forest river support? Bill
  19. Keon, I sent you a message. "4. What would you buy new and NOT take from the old coach?" That is a good question because if it was working for you in the old coach it should work in the new one. I would check the dates on any fire extinguishers. On the outher hand if you have not used it when in the old coach that might be a good indicator. There are several good videos on youtube about RV storage. Bill
  20. That sounds a little hi. I would call some local shops and see what they say. Bill
  21. I would rather ask a specific question and get a specific answer rather than sort through volumes of irrelevant posts. Bill
