  1. Don't think we will get ours, for some strange reason, they insist upon using my name, but not care off, the resort we are staying at. Linda contacted the group that we are coming in with, it will be downloaded to us the 15th of June, wish FMCA would return to be accommodating to its members!!!
  2. tgmattick. Welcome to the Forum! Did you or are you buying one? I would go and see a owners manual. Don't take the dealers or salesman word.
  3. Its Memorial weekend. Please, take the time to remember those who gave their all.
  4. Wayne, I'll PM it to you! Never tried it in a Insta Pot. Herman, 440-3 V8 is correct. Some restored models are Duramax with Allison 2250. DB. No. it's on main awning track.
  5. Jim S. Thanks for the LINK, I had forgotten about that. I also have not been notified by FMCA, has anyone? Herman?
  6. Seems to me that OP's chassis should be grandfathered and he needs to bypass FL and send in all paperwork to Daimler!
  7. Tom, how do you like NIRVC? They do all Service on our coach.
  8. It would help if we knew the geographical area of the coach and OP? Someone on Forum may know of a dealer.
  9. My condolences for your loss, RIP 🙏 Ditto on Herman! I take it, you have a RV already?
  10. I don't get the $12,000? We got a 22 Kw, LG, Generac for Ranch and a 17 Kw, LG for Camp house, fully installed for $13,500. The Polar Vortex made a believer of my DW! We chose LP because off 2 reasons...at the camp house we have a 250 gal tank, at the Ranch we have a 250 gal and a 500 gal tank! In the event of a black out, no elect. it takes elect to get gas or diesel. At my friends Ranch in Gladewater, TX., I did supplement the power, with my coach generator, 10 Kw! Fridge, lights, TV. for 6 hours.
  11. We have Whirlpool stacked in ours! My AC Tradition had the Splendide stacked and vented outside, same with the Allegro Bus.
  12. Yellowstone KOA got a foot of snow 4 days ago!!! Friends sent photo of Blizzard and the next morning... We left home the 24th and got a reservation at KOA in Lubbock, TX. Glad we did, it was a wet 329 miles. Got set up by 5 pm, started raining at 7 and hail at 8, big T/S until 4 am today...no damage to Rig or Jeep 🙏! Now in Grant, NM KOA. So far no problems with reservations! We'll be in Cortez, CO tomorrow for 5 weeks. 😁
  13. I read the irv2 post... Thanks for feedback.
  14. Welcome! Speed rating of 75 is a good thing! A lot of brands go 65. Toyos, Continental, BFG, Kelly, Hankook, to name a few are all good tires. Most of us change out after 5-7 years.
  15. Wayne, I was making a Sea food gumbo for 10, but your right.😂
  16. Better off to one side for rear radiator, for side radiator, no problem.
  17. Works on Propane. Needs to be descaled once a year, hard water & minerals are the biggest problem, it will prevent flow or reduce the flow of water! Average replacement cost of OP's unit is US$540. Lots of trouble shooting adv on web!
  18. Tom, where in Austin are you staying! We leave in am for Cortez, CO. and pray the border of Canada is open in July, we have a trip to Alaska starting 18 July for 2 months.🙏
  19. Tom we use TDS at all TA's, Petro for 35/45 cents off, Love's its .16 and local stripe its .17+....I have a 200 gal tank and most fill ups is 135+ gal.
  20. Geez its been a long time, Tom! Like Bill, we also use NIRVC in Lewisville. Very pleased with them!
  21. Greg. I would guess that 20% of the members on this Forum, also go to irv2 and other Forums. If you start a post here and get a solution on an other Forum, how will that help those who look for an answer here? Same would apply in reverse, as not all RV'ers is a FMCA member! As for your ride height, enter it under "Search" in top right of this page....I can assure you it is here!
