Linda and I stay at Stella Mar, it's a mile from my house and easy in/out. Across the Hwy from beach and a nice biker bar! Get a pull thru in the middle and you will not hear anything at night, but your own breathing! It's about 2 miles from water park & Moody Gardens with the three pyramids (not to be missed)! Down town district is 10 minutes away! Sandpiper is on East end of Island, nice, not quiet in June! That sand gets mighty HOT. 15 min drive to downtown, 30+ to water park and Moody gardens!

Do not believe that's your problem. How close is your front cap seam to the lights? Water travels by capillary action and the culprit is hardly ever above the interior! Last one I had, water came out under a cabinet in the kitchen....the source turned out to be a crack in the shower sky light, 10 feet diagonally away!

My Lady, Linda's whole family on her mothers side, was from the Azores Islands....most went to Bermuda first, then scattered all over. Linda has found and has regular contact with over a thousand cousins, etc. Family was Mello & Lima/Lema.

Looks good. Is that "bondo" on the lower bay door? Hard for me to relate to cold shower, never had that problem with my AH. Linda will take a shower, then me and there is no cold spots or decrease in temp! We do not require "boiling" water! My mother was a Dermatologist, "too hot water, over 104 degrees, is not healthy"! Hot water, is like a steam bath, it opens the pores, then once clean, you want to close the pores, by taking a cool shower! That consultation is free of charge, since I don't have a License!

King Oscar double layer in Olive oil or tomato, excellent source of Omega-3. I learned, on the Islands of Greece, that the Mediterranean Sardines, are much bigger, than their North Sea cousin and lend themselves for other uses, as a sardine cake fried in olive oil, very good. Casserole? I almost lost it....yuk!

FMCA also does Redmond, OR. That's one State down from BC. However, I do understand the 182 day law. So, you can be here 170 days, go home and return later for the other 12 days...or leave BC 2 weeks later in fall. I have friends in Norway that fly to Florida in early Nov, fly home for Christmas/new year and return to FL., then take the relocation cruise to Denmark in late April.

After Memorial Day, make that 30-40 minute drive! In a GC you would not have a good time!
