  1. Not always true...Love's, T/A, and Pilot, is the opposite Poster child. 2 weeks ago, Love's on I-10W was $2.85 cash $2.92 CC, I took the Igloo exit and paid $2.70 CC...that truck stop is also very busy!
  2. In Texas, it's Buckeye the Beaver! I go to any Truck Stop that has a lot of trucks....Do not like old diesel.
  3. Congratulation on your new coach! Newmar is a very service minded company! Is your coach all electric? If so, then nothing other than doing the same as you would at home, vacuum the cobwebs and dust bunnies, I do mine every week at bottom of fridge in front. It will run on Inverter or generator, when you travel. Happy trails
  4. Curious. Have you made a call to CC's Tech dept? They have parts for all their coaches interior/exterior, dating back to the Flexible of 1954 ! Since I didn't have the part # for your model thermostat...I said Adios!
  5. I would think there is....127 Golf courses in MB !
  6. Are you sure that you have "Polished Alcoa Wheels" ? I just wash my Alcoa's with soap and water, rinse and dry!
  7. You don't get additional add on for Tax's & service charge? Amazing, I'll get one tomorrow and I use less than 5 MB a month, with my Verizon 5 MB, I pay almost $12 above in Taxes!
  8. Just found out, there is a recall on the 1210, issued by Norcold, March 8, 2018. You can check your model # (found inside fridge side) against the ones listed at Norcolds web site. It has to do with a faulty connection on the LP side. They will still operate on electric. Norcold said, do not operate on LP until its fixed. Avg. cost of a 1210, $3,300 +/-
  9. That's why, I will never go back to a 3 way or 2 way fridge! My big 25cu. foot residential is mounted, just left of center, in a 16' slide out....no problems while driving or camped. Mine is an all electric coach and I have boon docked up to 2 weeks!
  10. Joe has pictures of my set up....unless he deleted it.
  11. That's the cross bar that mount on both sides of the base plate....OP asked if he had to have a "base Plate" on toad. As you know, I have a highly modified and tricked out JK, It's being towed without a plate.....main reason for my set up, is more ground clearance, when 4 wheeling!
  12. Herman, I'm glad you got it...now you can explain it to me!
  13. Two things, you''ll never get from a Woman: Logic and stop talking! If you really want to P's her off, watch your favorite sport, with the sound off. Drives them nuts, they can't interrupt you.
  14. Huh! I must have missed the point of this post.
  15. No, on my Jeep Wrangler. I use the "D" ring holes on each side of my Winch....I do have a 3/16" steel bumper, that has been bolted and welded to frame!
  16. Mike, that's the main reason I have M&G, no cable! No pulley!
  17. Rich & Linnea. Welcome too FMCA & the Forum! We are here to help you make, an informative decision, no matter what your questions or problems are! You can get on overload real quick! Carl C.
  18. Pros & conns! There are days I would like mine to be a 5'er Toy Trailer, then there are days my best friend, who has one, want's mine! Told him, we need to name one "Never Satisfied", the other "X2"! LOL Had a Cigarette Boat with that name! A 47' Scatter called "Wave runner"! Both raced domestic and international competition....wish I had that $$$ back.
  19. All three are good, valid point's. What goes in Texas, don't go in Canada & Canada is a foreign country! You have not had trouble, until you don't comply with the laws of another Country! But, I guess you feel blessed and laws don't apply to you! Just the rest of us.
  20. That by it's self, say's it all....now I can do it on Clown day. Since 90 % of them, are still dripping wet up here, it's a real low profile May 5th! ICE got 126 in the last 2 weeks!!!
  21. All of my heavy stuff is on the driver side of coach. Sofa, full residential galley, bathroom, bed, fresh water and black/grey! I carry 15 PSI margin...120 instead of 105 ! Placard say's 95....Where these Engineers get their degrees, is beyond me! But hey, it's a great floor plan. I have 315/80/22.5 for steer axle and the other 6 are 295/80/22.5 !
  22. BD. Why do you want a replacement ? If it's not working, it could be a relay or diode problem.
