marta. Welcome to the Forum! Give Fantasy Tours a call...you'll find them listed in any FMCA magazine or look at main FMCA page. Make sure you have a Visa for every country, including Mexico. All immunization and vaccination, for each country! The biggest question is, what do you plan on traveling in? The Pan Am, is not a 2 lane paved, American Freeway! The further South you get the worse the road becomes, between major cities! Guatemala, Honduras, Panama...it can be a mud bath, depending on time of the year and campgrounds are few and far between! The Pan Am, comes to a dead end 20 miles South of Panama City, in a National Park. To continue on, you need to take a Ferry from Panama to Peru.

Jeff. Give a call to Tiffin Tech Dept., the should be able to send you a pdf., or call any Cummins Service Centers and they'll get you one!
-
Read your Cummins Manual. Agree with Bill. As for environment, I run my Generator 90% of the time that I'm not on Shore Power! Cool coach, happy me & SO.

Don. Welcome to the Forum! What make, model and length rig do you have? Toad? I'll be doing the same in first week of July. We will be leaving West View RV Park on 145 North of golf course. Spent 6 Summers in Dolores River RV Park! Back to topic, as you will note under my first name, I have a 45' and will be taking 160. We'll be going to Gillette, WY.
-
Oh, have we been here before! What Company is the Tech from? If it's Camping World, forget his name and contact Red Bay! In your case, I concur with Rich! Is your 2013 Tiffin 36' a Red DP, Phaeton DP or Allegro Bus DP? Or are we talking about a gas unit? They have different steps and access areas!

14 days? Wow! We can do 5 or 6 max. Granted, the electric macerator toilet, takes more water, but not that much more! How big is your Black Tank? Mine is 60. I have had, no burp, just overflow on the foot petal system. All depends on one or lack of one air pocket, if it's close to the top and you flush...Ugh!

Hermans idea should work as long as you know if you have Galvanic reaction or not. If you do, then make sure all parts of bolt is covered...all ! Best would be same metal as pan.

We have Progressive.... may be overpriced?
manholt replied to eric@babin.com's topic in RV Insurance
Eric...all depends on what you got covered & do you have replacement cost ! We need more information. -
See, that's what you get for being in PA! In Texas, they'll give you suggestions on where you might find, what your looking for! Most also realize, that what's in a RV is also in your home.... Herman, your not off subject or topic!

Exterior Maintenance - Cleaning and Waxing Fiberglass
manholt replied to QuiGonJohn's topic in Chassis
Joe, you mentioned that your getting streaks from roof...what color is it? Your roof is or was covered with something! May not have been paint...I would give REV a call and find out what HR used in 2002! -
Mike, look under Oil drain valve in search box, upper right on this page, we did a extensive research on that about a year or 18 months ago! I do remember that they work on Generator...don't remember anything else.

Joe, I have dicor/acrylic on my fiberglass roof. That's why I had white streaks! -
Was not referring to you. RayIn was my target. His is available via Winnebago or after market. Your situation is unique! Not many coaches around anymore, from early 1974...Custom Bus and GMC is about it.

Spray on chrome, don't know about Nickel. I used the gold on my shower in house. Chrome did not look right with white marble.

Route 395 between Bishop, CA and Carson City, NV
manholt replied to hiker45's question in Destinations/Attractions
Hiker45. Hope your not thinking on doing it this Summer, I don't do to well in 115-120+ degrees in the shade and there is no shade out there!!! Think about your tires, cooling system, air filter, etc. on coach and toad. Full fuel in both vehicles, full fresh water tank and empty holding tanks...I would also have a full fridge and a couple of cases of drinking water....expect the worse and hope for the best. Good Luck on your journey! -

Wayne my friend, sometimes I'm allowed to be a little flippant.. Unless they have been thru Houston before, I send them around on Beltway 8 E or W. Yes, there are tolls, but a lot easier than I-10 on the nerves! What's wrong with 99 from Splendora to Sugarland, then pick up Hwy 6? Also, easier on the nerves! Back to the OP & topic. US 6E, last time I was on that road, was in a 4x4 Truck about 38 years ago! US 66 east of Barstow and US 6E of Bishop, have a lot in common, bad surface and no service! You have a tire blow out, half way or more on US 6 going to US 95, you will need some deep pockets....I don't know if a cell phone will work out there! Wayne, I hope you don't take it next summer! Just to prove me wrong.. -
Emeraldnj. Welcome to the Forum! Would really help us if we knew make, model and year, of your car/truck! Also, make, model and year of your coach! At this time, we are just guessing. If the vehicle in question is over 5,000 pounds (or close to), coach is gas/diesel, class A, B, C.

Joe. You re placing or waxing roof? You got a month before you leave! -
RayIn. The best tank sensors are the ones that go on the outside of the tanks. They are sold aftermarket and you can Google and pick the system that best work for you and your wallet. They work on the same circuit that you have now!
