Blake. Right now it's TCC the 3rd. Joe. Wish I had, then I would have a nice rear end (on coach)! The other one is nice too, padding is gone, but it's attached ! Give my regards as they get heartburn! Remember, "It's all about having fun"! Carl
  3. Can someone please post the serial # 's for all the engines that had the ISX problems? or the years of manufacturing? Carl
  4. Joe, my foot gets tired...I get off of CC right before a hill, up or down! In your world, I would have a tired foot...your terrain up there is not ideally suited for CC. Carl
  5. Texkimo. Welcome to the Forum. Georgie Boy was a good brand, never heard anything bad about their coaches. As long as your happy with it's condition, go for it. Have the caulking on the roof looked at and if you can have a rain check made, for leaks. One off the biggest issues on a used coach is water leaks and delamination. Also check the DOT date of the tires, less than 6 years is good. Since you had a 96' you should know about what all to check already! I'm sure your son will enjoy the many trips in the future with you! Carl
  6. Tom. I totally agree with you on front tire blow out...ones is one to many! I do look at my front tires more often than the other 6. Carl
  7. Yep, August 26...got a notification in mail...I can't even remember when or if I had one....probably, just bulk mailing to all RV owners! Atty's=.99 cents, you a penny! Seen enough of these class action suits, in Stocks and Mutual Funds...like Enron! So, rlaired, I would spend the $400 and file a small claims suit for replacement value and court cost. The $400 is for the paper work you get at court house, clerk office and filling fee! Norcold is not going to send a million dollar atty for a $3,000 claim. Carl
  8. Ditto. Also, on economy mode, my mpg goes down, not up...I too question the speedometer, mine reads 3 mph slower. Found that out, when a traveling friend set his at 65 and I had to go to 68 to keep up!

Blake. The last 30 days has been very expensive. A new front windshield, 8 new AGM's and it looks like another $5-10K in body work! I wish I had stayed away from this FMCA, sanctioned Rally! Had I not followed the parking attendant's directions like a blind sheep, I would not have the body work problem! We are told in writhing, they know what their doing! Anyway, 8 batteries and 5,600 PSW is handy! Until replacement... Carl
  10. First 40+ days are easy, then it gets on/off bad for a long time...stay away from food, desserts, booze and stress! Other than that, you'll be fine in a couple of years... If it gets too bad, buy some gum (nicotine) or e-cig, 2 mg. Been there, several times. As far as your TV is concerned go with Herman, he knows. Carl
  11. Joe, you'll be turning them, when both girls are in college!
  12. Since your getting new tires have them check front alignment and rear if they have the equipment, caster and toe. Carl

Contact Winnebago Tech Dept. with your Engine # and Winn#... Blake. My engine batteries, 2, 12V AGM is on a slide tray by the engine...I have to remove the shocks for door, then door, then slide battery out.. House batteries are in 2 frames, each frame has 4, 6V batteries for each 2,800 PSW inverter/charger. No slide needed, the compartment is very large...remove all 8 AGM's and you could have another bedroom!
  14. Yes, been there and camped with many converted Flexibles in the 70's that had all residential stuff. My comment was more tongue in cheek. I'm at FMCA 6 State in Shawnee. OK. Just got the June 1964, volume 1, issue of FMCA magazine! Thanks. Carl
  15. Colorado, NM, Montana Summer is great and So. Texas or FL in Winter. That leaves a wonderful Spring and Fall in the Hill country!
  16. I do mine every 6 years, have 4 years left ! Blow out in a 25,000 pound coach is one thing, on one my size and weight? I won't even go there!
  17. Rich, I bought a Nuwave portable induction at WM this June for $99, it came with a fry pan & 4qt. pot. Very good results, it has a programmer with timer and precision heat settings! I also fought with myself about having one...now, I wish I had it instead of my Sears Elect. Carl
  18. Bill, just looked at the weather link...that's a great site!
  19. If your happy with the tires you have, why change? Replace with same and go!
  20. 95Roadtrek. Welcome to the Forum! Glad it worked out for you! You do know that this Link is over 3 years old? Are you a resident from another Country? You don't have to use usd in front of $, we know what you mean! Enjoy your travels... Carl
  21. Call me very confused. I thought FMCA Road side assist was for Motor Homes! When did it become available for Travel Trailers? Hello FMCA or T. Moning, You out there? Carl
  22. Only if you want Ms. Piggy! I don't think most folks realize how far out the Muppets really are...it ain't for kids! Kind of like Madagascar, back to Africa...I mean a Hippo that marries a Giraffe and a Penguin that marries a "bubble head"!
  23. When I had your cap. I used a rag and 4" plier to pull off, then tap gently around to replace...yes, Joe they both exist. Newbie! Carl
  24. OK. If he (local dealer) does not do fleet discounts, the NO....Wishful thinking? YES.
