  1. My favorite is Maker’s Mark. Small and personal, but no tasting because it is a dry country. They do give out bourbon balls, or at least they use to.
  2. Yes to all your questions. We have about 12,000 miles on them. The sane size tires as previously used Michelins have greater load rating, nit just rounding due to conversion from metric measurements.
  3. The set I bought two years ago were Firestone for $120 less per tire than Michelin/ FMCA price. But every locality is different, so shop around.
  4. I didn’t check the chassis, but I have seen new, within a couple of months, have 4 year old tires.
  5. Verizon or T-mobile/Sprint MIFIs operate and look to be identical. I had both. For me I found better coverage with Verizon, but one location the Verizon was about half the speed of T-Mobile/Sprint. It just depends on where you use them. In our Arizona resort on Verizon MIFI we are using 2 iPhones, an iPad, 2 laptops and ROKU for tv streaming without any problems.
  6. We traveled from Indiana to Arizona the end if October. While some of the amenities are closed in our resort, Happy Trails, most are open with limited numbers using at one time. The restaurants that we like are open. We still eat out 1 or 2 times a week. But we do go at off hours, 11:00 for lunch or 3-4:00 for dinner. The restaurants have been very careful to spray and clean door handles, tables and chairs or booths. Servers wear masks and we are required to wear masks while entering or leaving. Stores, Walmart, Home Depot, groceries etc require masks in their facilities. Or residents in the resort wear masks when they leave vehicles to use any facility.
  7. It has been a ling time since we camped in that area, but as I remember there is a state park a little south if Bardstown, KY. I think the sites were crushed stone, electric only. The lodge had good meals.
  8. Makers Mark is a bourbon. So is Bartons. In fact 95% of all bourbon is made in Kentucky. None is made in Tennessee.
  9. If you cannot move it for at least 25 miles, let it sit. The generator is a different issue. You do need to run it once a month at about 1/2 load to drive out any moisture.
  10. Somewhere I saw a solution for your problem. A small copper wire was threaded through the tube and the end in the refrigerator was clipped to the closest cooling fin. I have looked for it, but didn’t find it.
  11. I could not remove the drawer due to a bundle of wires, a wye of two drain lines coming together and one of the furnaces. Had to raise 11 inches. Wife cannot reach top shelf.
  12. We changed ours out for a Samsung RF197 about 5 years ago. Works great on modified sine wave inverter while traveling holding 38F in refrigerator and 0-2F in freezer. One if the twi best changes we have done. The other was replacing Level Legs with HWH levelers.
  13. It may be a couple of days before I can check cables again. I can’t replace receiver. My dish requires a RJ11 data cable connection from receiver. DirecTV doesn’t have any of those anymore. If it comes down to replacing the receiver, I would have to replace the dome, too. At that point I would just drop DirecTV. I have been playing around with ROKU free streaming. Not sure that I want to cut DirecTV loose just yet, but I am about there.
  14. We are having trouble with the volume of DirecTV fluctuating. We don’t have the problem with local over the air broadcasts. I have very high quality cables from my receiver to the tv. I do not have any problem with the DVD player either.
  15. Think you mean “pure sine wave” or “modified sine wave”.
  16. Some did had Olds Toronado engines mounted crosswise vs the length. I had a call a few years ago from a member in Lancing, MI that had a new one in a crate to sell. Put him in contact with chapter president of GL GMCers. Bet it didn’t last long.
  17. 40th week of 2020. There can be 53 weeks because a part week at start of year or end is counted. So should be September 28 to October 2nd if you don’t count Sunday and Saturday.

Probably about midway on engine near top. It is about 9” long and 3-1/2” dia. Be sure ti usa a Cat filter that is 2 micron filter. May or may not have a pump on it. If it doesn’t have a pump, I have the parts list you can order to install. Not hard to do if you have a set of socket wrenches.
  19. Mine would not fit in my Expedition bay, but a friend with a Prevost could put it in one of his bays.
  20. I have not seen recent figures, but it was 24% belonged to one or more chapters. They didn’t count for each chapter the member belonged. “P” is also used for plates which is parent.
  21. Since the ballots are mailed to an accounting firm, there probably isn’t any individual records, just total count.
  22. One avenue that can use is to email to your National VP for your area. Addresses are in FamRVing. State your opinion that is all a chapter member can do to their National Director. There was an attempt a few years ago to streamline the governance, but since it would have reduced the current delegates to Governing Board, it didn’t pass. Just like congress not been required to only receive the same benefits any other citizen receives.
  23. Maybe the Tireman will explain. I gave tried. You do what you want. I will do what is recommended for my corner weighs and tire chart from the manufacturer of my tires. Enough said.
  24. If I remember correctly, the chassis is a Magnum. They had a constant load presented by the transmission. Many would have their chassis batteries die in 1 to 3 weeks while being stored. I don’t think the Salesman switch disconnected that load.
  25. If I did the Federal recommendation, I would be grossly under inflated for the actual weight when I had all 4 corners weighed. In 25 years the only tire problem I have had was a bad valve stem. You do what you want, but I would rather be safe.
