  1. Am having to change the dash A/C compressor on our 2002 Monaco Dynasty. Need to locate the "Dryer". Anyone have any idea where it maybe located. I would call RVI- Monaco but they are closed now. I would like to have the number of Monaco center in Coburg, OR, that is where all the old tech are. There are some very nice helpful young people at RVI but they only know what is on the computer. Herman
  2. I googled the number off of my 2002 Monaco Dynasty head lamps and found them to be off a 1998 BMW 528 I. got a set off the internet for $129.00. Monaco wanted $398.00 for one. Is helps to shop. Maguire's headlight restoration kit will work wonders if done right. Herman
  3. Thanks for your comments it is nice to hear positive reports on any service both FMCA and Good Sams. I am sure there are others out there that given the chance are good too. Thanks again, Herman

  5. There is a 2006 Tiffin Zeffer at PPL in Houston Texas with a wheel chair lift and a trolley for lifting. Check them out at pplmotorhomes.com Good luck, Herman
  6. merleinspect, Welcome to the Forum. If your husband has the skill set he could make a top out of Plywood and cover it in a laminate. You can get it in in most any pattern you want. He could also strip to old top and do the same thing. Since he would like a bull nose edge he could make a top out of thin plywood with a 1 1/2" thick trim board, put on the bull nose and put a nice stain on it followed by several coats of clear polyurethane to make it stain resistant. Herman
  7. Chris, so sorry for your health issues. What I have heard about National has not been good. There is another gentleman with your last name, Carl Christensen, here on the Forum. His handle is Manholt. He maybe you're long lost old uncle. 😃 Herman
  8. I will add one thought, replace all 4 on the rear. Same size and wear. Herman
  9. JZ, are speaking of the icemaker in your Dometic refrigerator or stand alone. If it is in you refrigerator I would replace it. It is 14 years old and is most likely cored. My suggestion is to pull it and take it to a refrigerator service center and they can match it up. This is what I did in our old nevercool before we replaced it for a residential. Herman
  10. Correct, it's always nice to hear that the folks on Forum helped. Happy travels. Herman
  11. Yes Wayne, the Verizon Jet Pack is like having a Land line router for your internet. I have had 4 different computers on it at the same time. Herman
  12. The Verizom jet pack is a wifi unit. It is what I used both at the house(all metal building),and in the coach. It is plugged in an turned on 24/7. Just move it between the two. Herman
  13. Check out FMCA's MiFi Service by Verizon. You can have it on in the coach all the time and your camera can be on full time so you can monitor the pups. Herman
  14. A veteran that plays TAPS at Military Funerals has asked for all trumpeter all over the USA to play TAPS at 3:00 tomorrow. I am sorry I don't know if it is Eastern, Central, Rocky Mountain or Pacific Time. If some one out there knows please let us know. Tomorrow please say a prayer for all of our active duty service men and women & retired Veterans, active or retired First Res-ponder and all medical workers. GOD bless each and everyone. Herman
  15. If you start the engine it will put power to the batteries and if the inverter is on to the inverter which should give you power to the shades. Herman
  16. That is very dependent on what state your drivers license was issued in. In Texas a Class "B" Operators permit is required to drive a vehicle weighting over 26,001 Lbs and towing under 10,000 lbs. A Class "A" Operators permit is required to drive a vehicle weighting over 26,001 lbs and towing over 10,001 lbs. Herman
  17. It hurts a lot less when you keep quiet then when you don't. Comes from 56 years of experience.
  18. No but they can get you into trouble. I have found that a Map can help along with the GPS. I will relay on the GPS when in the truck more than in the MH. I can get out of trouble easier in the truck than in the MH. Herman
  19. Have you discussed this with your insurance company? What have they said? Herman
  20. I stand corrected on the shine. Herman
  21. I would to let everyone know that Carl (Manholt) and Linda got MARRIED yesterday. Congratulations! Herman
  22. Wendy, are they the same color as your counters. If so they may be Corian. Corian is a man made material and after molding they are polished to a high shine. You might go to a countertop maker and see if they can polish out the sinks. You might even have them polish all you countertop while they are at it. Herman
  23. As has been said before folks will purchase what they think will work for them. I have Michelins on the wifes Saturn Vue, Yokohamas on my truck and Toyos on the coach. (which were half to cost of Michelin and are 295-80R-22.5) The Vue isn't driven much only about 2,000/year, the Yokohamas on the truck have almost 35,000 miles on them and are looking good , while the Toyo are about 18 months old with about 10,000 miles on them and are true, even and smooth. So I would look for tires with the best report and price that suits you. Herman
  24. I see my error, I have a dot after com duhlenbrock@fmca.com Herman
  25. That sound more like it. The Victoria was a name in the Ford line for many years. If I remember correctly our neighbor, Price Strickland, had a 1932 Ford Victoria 2 door sedan. Again, another one I wish I had. Herman
