  1. dianahc, I have issues from time to time with hard water but it will be where bothe the hot and cold water will slow down. Each time it will be caused by calcium build up. I go through all my faucet and showerhead and clean them and will be back in business. Glad you have full pressure on all your Hot water faucets now. You will be getting your neighbors from the North soon if not some already. Herman
  2. Can you determine the manufacturer? Hope it is a common one and one can be found at Lowe's, Home Depot or even Ferguson's. One thing, maybe when it is disassembled it turns out to be just debris and all it requires is cleaning and putting it back together. Herman
  3. I can't remember, but don't you have a single lever faucet in the shower? Like Kay said it may be as simple as something in the hot water side. Do you have any water when you turn the handle all the water to hot only or do you get full pressure cold? If you get full pressure cold there may be an issue with the valve itself. Herman
  4. mwking, What type of sewer hose do you use? I use the RhinoFLEX Hose. it will compress from 15 feet into a length of 3 feet and stay compressed. This will help with space if you are using the blue hose. Herman
  5. I would like to hear the sales pitch the salesman used. I bet he could do it with a straight face to. Herman
  6. In Texas we can give you any kind of weather you want. Hot, warm, freezing, cool, humid and dry. Sometimes all in the same place. I quote Indiana Jones The Last Crusade, "Choose Wisely My Son". Herman
  7. valvis, Welcome to the Forum. If I got 11 years from a set of batteries I would go with the same brand again. Sounds like they are a good make. As the ole saying goes, "Dance with the one that brought you". In this case US Battery. Herman
  8. Looked at the website. Reviews bad for the company and not on the product. The one problem that the welding industry had was with the "Low Pressure". That is where the issues were for the auto switch over. Herman
  9. How about the dealer that sold it to you before. I am sure they would like to sell it to again. Herman
  10. Auto change over regulators on fuel gases have always been a issue due to low pressures. The welding industry has been trying for years to produce one but haven't been successful. At least it was still an issue when I retired 6 years ago. Many welders tried the units used for fuel tanks on RV's without success. Herman
  11. Thanks for letting us know the results of your problem. Good Luck Herman
  12. West Texas although it is fairly dry it can get very hot during the summer. The hill country is not as bad as West Texas but still can get quite hot. There are a lot of folks that live in Texas go to New Mexico or Colorado during the hot summer's. We live in North Central Texas and are going to go to the mountains for the summer this next year. But we welcome all from the North Herman
  13. I just renewed our membership for the additional 6 month. I have made back my cost many times over. Most of the time it is just for a quick over noght. Yes they have some restrictions but the saving, to me, makes up for the restrictions. Herman
  14. jawopw, My best guess would be to check for a loose connection. A loose ground would be my first place to check. Herman
  15. Yes, they are in junkyards and haven't moved in at least 5 years. 😉 Herman
  16. Debra, Is it possible or permissible to park at your relative's place and run an extension cord to your RV? Herman
  17. Iran It's lovely to look at, And nice to hold. But it's time to pack the coach, AND GET OUT OF THE COLD. Herman
  18. Now is the time to swallow ones pride and go to a service center and have it checked out. It's seems as you have gone through every suggestion and nothing has worked. If you find out what the problem is please let us know. Good Luck, Herman
  19. Ryan, Sorry to hear about your wife. Give her all the love you can. We will keep you both in our prayers. Herman
  20. This is a post started by an FMCA staff member in 2011 who is not with FMCA now. And until 4 hours ago hadn't had a reply since Sept. 2016. Maybe that is why there is an error. Hasn't been a great push to solicit parks to become members. I will be checking to see what is offered to a park and what or if we can to push for getting new parks on board. Herman
  21. Judy, I have heard from a number of folk that have many years of RVing and said they really enjoyed it and learned alot. If you are thinking about Perry, at last count it is filling up fast. So you might want to sign up soon. Herman
  22. Ed said that it is a 300 Cummins in an 2006 Tiffin Allegro 34 foot. I am assuming it would be ans ISL but would need feed back to be sure. Herman
  23. It looks like a tour bus. The driver need to have a talk with the person that schedules his route or he was using a rand mac GPS. Herman
  24. dk, Not being a smart alex but everyone agrees that you had it pressured tested and it checked out good. But thing happen over time or in the blink of the eye. Please take it back to the shop you trust and tell them what has happened since they tested it before. That is the best advice I and everyone else can give you. Herman
