  1. Exactly, too many can't handle the current load. How much extra will the operator of the park charge you to plug in a EV? I see lots of hype for EVs but no real demand from the public. Bill
  2. If there is a demand I can see the campgrounds adding a pay to use charging station, separate from the RV pedestal. I don't expect to see it. Bill
  3. Congratulations on your new fifth wheel and welcome to the forum. If you put it and your tow vehicle in your signature it will help to get better quicker answers in the future. I bet by now you see there are some pros and cons to using a cover. Now hopefully someone who has used one will jump in with their opinion. Where are you storing the fifth wheel? Bill
  4. The OP has a 2009 coach with 3000 psi lines. Who ever said you need a 5,000 psi line on a RV? Bill
  5. Here is a video that should be promoted better for new people. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B0hFvu73q08 Bill
  6. One other thing is to make sure you get grease squeeze out equally from all caps. If not you need to clear the passages and repack or replace the U joint. I will say if I had ANY inkling of a problem with the U joints I would replace them. To cheap of a fix not to do. Bill
  7. I agree with being "proactive". I would keep eye on them and revisit changing them next years annual. If you see any serious degrading of the condition. They might outlast you. Bill
  8. Help me here, what I am seeing is the actual hoses are braided steel with a covering of some kind. Perhaps some kind of anti chafing cover. But it doesn't look durable enough for that. If you have no damage to the steel line from chafing/fraying or any leaking at/where the end fittings are attached you are probably wasting your money replacing them. Bill
  9. Welcome to the forum. Can you post pictures of the cracking? Bill
  10. Bruce, Welcome to the forum. I will check that out it sounds like something useful when you go to a new store. We know all Walmarts are set the same . I wish they had apps to do that for all the major grocery stores to. Finding your way around new stores is just part of the grand adventure. Bill
  11. I would like to come over and harass you during your installation but have a commitment in Conroe. Bill
  12. I don't know who is doing Quartzsite but just down the road is FMCA's 101st International Convention & RV Expo in Tucson AZ. Bill
  13. The letter is linked in post/reply #11. I think this is old news and not relevant today. Ray your homework assignment is to call Seven Corners and ask if it is still in place and report back. Bill
  14. I am betting on a rally. You should message Carl and drive down there. I stayed there before 6 State, nice park and area. Bill
  15. Are your attachment screws on the outside or on the inside like Jim S. Bill
  16. Mark and Terri, welcome to the forum. Yes,The Oasis in Las Vegas is a great place. Bill
  17. So is the outside vent molded into the endcap as Carl sayes? Bill
  18. How did Newmar install it originally? Have you asked them? Have you tried to take out the shelf over the dryer? You might be able to see down the back of the dryer. Have you looked for an acess panel on the right side? Did it come off the dryer or the outside vent? Bill
  19. As long as they are the right load range and arn't rubbing or having a problem with clearance I don't see a problem. I am understanding the date code is good? They are actually giving you a little overdrive 62 actual at 60 mph. You can use this to do your own comparisons. https://tiresize.com/comparison/ Bill
  20. That far north I would be shocked if they weren't treating the roads. They are treating roads in Dallas. Bill
  21. Jim S, great pictures. Here is another steam train you can ride. https://www.thetrain.com/events/steam-saturdays/ Bill
