  1. Yes you can just like all the reply's so far. Unless you have a residential type refrigerator you can run the refrigerator on propane. The next thing is yes you can run the furnace while going down the road (with out running the generator.) Now the next unasked question. Yes you can run the hot water heater on propane when going down the road. Your wife will appreciate the hot water when you stop for a break. Bill
  2. I was thinking just pull the new one up next to the old one and swap them. There might be a independent road side assist tire guy for not to much. Call Motorhomes of Texas and see what it would cost for them to buff out the swirl marks. I think Carl had some work done there. It sounds like you made out ok. Lots better than a lot of people down there. It is hard to wrap your head around how many cars were damaged. Hear is one storage place with only 30,000 cars. of possibly 500,000 in the storm track on the golf coast http://autoweek.com/article/nhra/houston-area-drag-strip-dumping-ground-30000-and-counting-hurricane-harvey-damaged They areal ready auctioning them off to guys that fix them and resell them. Bill
  3. You may be able to polish some of the swirl marks out. Well hope the insurance payed enough for the new tires. How are the ones on the new coach. I wonder if you could swap with the old coach. Bill
  4. There should be some numbers cast into the lens. Try googling the number. Bill
  5. Heather, try this with your thermostat. turn all controls to off, remove the front cover, there should be a fuse in side. take it out and verify it is good, now re install the fuse and see if it will work. Bill

I don't know, you have not enter your coach or any supporting info in your signature or in your post. What make and model of RV do you have and what year. Look at your steering wheel, what does it say in the center? Bill
  7. You should have the invoice from FMCA. Print the invoice and go write down the date codes. Bill
  8. What is the name of this wonderful RESORT? I would be headed for the door. There are to many places to deal with places like that. I would also be doing my reviews in RV Park reviews. Bill
  9. If it comes to that. I haven't run into any problems. I have heard of campgrounds asking for a picture when making a reservation. If they do can I send them a picture of your coach? Bill
  10. I have never had a problem with my 2003. Like Brett said, they use it to keep out the really bad ones. Bill
  11. They were replaced this summer. The sidewalls have looked much like that since I got this coach. They were 7.4 years old. Now we will see how the new Continentals hold up.
  12. Byron, You might as well leave it assembled as you are taking the same risk. BATF considers if you have all the parts to assemble a working firearm then you do have a firearm. They use this on the guys who have non registered suppressers to. That Smith is a nice piece. Bill
  13. Here is an example of sidewall cracking that didn't go away after it started 5 years before this picture. Covered most of the time and wiped down with 303. Just saying I would need to see more evidence of the cracks disappearing when driven. Next time take some pictures before and after.
  14. I would stay with the shrink wrap tape. You are trying to keep dirt and water borne grit out of the ball joints. I just can't see where the "pure silicone" will do as good of a job as the tape and EP grease. Bill
  15. Well yes I did see the part about legal length, but is it? By the way you weren't the only one talking about "sawed off shotguns" . Just so you know, BATF has a rod that they drop down the barrel agents the breach face. It has a red ring and you don't want any part of that line to show. Bill
  16. giginurse, welcome to the forum. It might be sunny and warm every day but bring your rain gear just incase. It is the rain season in Georgia. Bill
  17. Any one caught with a shotgun with a barrel shorter than 18" and shorter than 27" overall and or a rifle with a barrel shorter than 16" and 27 " overall is automatically guilty of a Felony. They don't have to show intent, having it in your position is proof of guilt. So I hope having that sawed off shotgun is worth 20 years to you. Bill
  18. He is just removing miles off the speedometer by towing it backwards. Bill
  19. Welcome to the forum and Happy Thanksgiving. Good update on the Equinox. Bill
  20. Let me wish all a wonderful Thanksgiving. Please remember those who go in harm’s way so we can be safe. Bill
  21. Is that the only categories available? Bill
