So you are on the road South now. Safe trip to you. Bill

When you get caught in a heavy rain and your wipers aren't doing the job the money you saved buying cheap parts doesn't seam like as good of a deal. Bill

Without more information I would go to PPL.com. They have 24 in universal for $16.73 and heavy duty for blades for as low as $26.29. https://www.pplmotorhomes.com/search?query=24"+wiper+blades Bill

The best projects are those that give you an excuse to buy more tools. Bill -
Have you tried replacing the weather striping? Bill

OK call me dense but I am not sure I see the screws. In the second picture did you see where the board that the roller is attached to is pulling away from the top structure? The staples are coming out. Bill -
You are lucky this year you get to burn all that old gas out of the snow blower. I don't fill up with out adding Diesel Kleen. fagnaml , Why do refinery's constantly produce diesel with a lower than recommended Cetane rating? Bill

Once again I don't think you will have a problem. Put it on auto, Load it up and when the internal temps rise the refrigerator should start. The thermostats are on the inside of the box so outside temps should have no effect. You will have the furnace on warming the inside of the coach. Just keep an eye on it and let us know how it does. Bill

Actually you are close, Barcelona Harbor , Westfield area. With that big storm going up the East coast I would just set back and let the snow get cleaned off before you get into it. Keep us informed. Bill

Welcome to the forum. WOW I have never had the fridge to cold before a trip. My main problem has ben to get it cool enough to load. OK if you turn on the fridge, I would start on propane because it will be easier to see if the pilot light comes on. If you don't have a pilot you could just wait for it to warm up. The food you load it with will warm it enough to trigger the gas burner. Especially if you put some bottled water or warm sodas in it. With out knowing more about your RV I bet if you just put it on auto it will come on when needed. Let us know what you find out. Bill

Welcome to the forum. Glad you got it fixed. Bill

I do have some experience with "Lake Effect Snow". I grew up on lake Erie at the NY state line well 6 miles east. I had a uncle in Rochester who worked for Kodak. Where are you heading, what route? Bill

richard5933, Just wanted to add you into this reply. I would not use any additive except Diesel Kleen which is approved and recommended by Cummins. http://powerservice.com/psp_product/diesel-fuel-supplement-cetane-boost/ I use it in every tank to help compensate for the poor diesel that is at the pumps. Great now get busy writing up everything you can find. Bill

Sure sounds like the threads are stripped now after "tapped it back into the jack" That is tough on a threaded fitting. I would get a "Bottom" tap of the right size and try to carefully chase the threads. A new zerk fitting may have enough threads to catch if wrapped in Teflon tape. What I would do first is to scream that it is a warranty issue and try to get a new jack. Bill

Rich, probably a good thing to stay till the conditions get better. I have a sister in Erie PA and she sent some pictures and video. They have over 7ft on the level in their front lawn. Bill

Good link Joe, I use the White bottle if and when I think the temperatures will be below 30*. I don't think it will be a problem using it in Your Aquaheat System in the recommended ratio. Bill

Where are you wintering? Bill

I keep a ceramic heater in the wet bay it will be warmer hear at only 23 but I don't trust light bulbs to be enough. I have 3 heaters in the coach to fight off the cold. The one in the wet bay and 2 upstairs. Bill

Engine Block Heater & Air System Questions In Freezing Temps
wildebill308 replied to rfsod48's topic in Electrical
If I am leaving the next day I leave my block heater on over night. The coldest I have had to start in was 5 deg. at the top of Raton Pass. That is a bunch of cold iron and water to try and warm up in a few hours. Bill -
Shenandoah Mountain RV Camping

I would get these apps to help you find places. http://www.rvparkreviews.com/ and https://www.rvparky.com/ I also use Google Earth to look at places. Bill -
I run Shell Rotella T-6 5-40 in both the generator and coach. I get good reports on my oil samples. I only sample the coach now as I don't use the generator as much and if it breaks it won't strand me. Bill

Have you looked at Magnolia RV Park Resort, 211 Miller St, Vicksburg, MS 39180, magnoliarvparkresort.com (601) 631-0388. I would down load https://www.rvparky.com/ and http://www.rvparkreviews.com/ I find them helpful. Bill

Joe, what about the Electric Crash Sensor #19 I know they can be intermittent. Just a thought. Bill

What is the temperature where you are? How long has it ben below freezing? Are you running the furnace for heat? What faucet are you opening to see if the pump is working? Do you have the water pump turned on at the main power panel? Do you have a IR digital thermometer, They are helpful for trouble shooting temperature issues. Bill
