  1. I would go see TCC and Carl. Take 10 to Boerne then 46 to 16 turn right and you are there. You are less than 50 miles from the place that can fix your problem. Bill
  2. I would not be worried about the kitchen in the slide. Is the Bounder a V10? If so I think your wife will be happier with a floor plan she like. You think the Bounder is better SO. In your search I would recommend staying away from the older coaches with the 460. Great engine but real thirsty. Bill
  3. I haven't but have seen it done in several coaches. Bill
  4. Yes I use what is probably the same thing They are called Gear Ties. I use the long ones to wrap up the hose and outer things like spare electric cordes. I first saw them in a back packing store. They are much cheaper now, hear is a source. https://www.amazon.com/Nite-Ize-Gear-Tie-Assorted/dp/B00XIWJXKK Bill
  5. Glad we were able to help. Now go put some miles on that coach. Bill
  6. Keon, What model, gas or diesel? The one thing is most important, does your wife like the floor plan. My whole kitchen is in a slide and I have never had a problem. What parts do you think will be a problem geting? Bill
  7. Welcome to the forum. Why do you feel the need to see the front of the coach? Are you looking at something like the school buses have? Bill
  8. Thanks for the update. So your coach is running good with no problems? Bill
  9. Wasn't that nice of them. Isn't that an AN -16 line? You should be able to order one or just have it made at a local shop. Like others have said it would be good to have the old line as a sample. I had one blow along 30 at S.Iris rd. in Indiana this summer. Bill
  10. Keep an eye on PPL as they have new coaches coming in weekly. Bill
  11. Like Brett said it is hard to do "arm chair diagnosis". Here is that big BUT, I am having a hard time understanding how a failed turbo would cause a head gasket to leak. Well it has been since Sept 30 and no update. Bill
  12. That is who I would talk to if having it done. Bill
  13. Just a reminder about one of the FMCA benefits, the Michelin advantage program. Remember you can buy regular car and truck tires through the program. I had to replace my toad tires and saved $172.00 on 4 Michelin Defenders. They just happen to be the highest rated by Consumer Reports in that class. If you are in the Fort Worth area I can give you contact info on a good place to do business with.Bill
  14. Interesting as ProOne XPL101 looks and performs much like Strike Hold "cdlp".I have been using Strike Hold on my ground power connection and some other places. Go look at the video. http://www.strike-hold.com/ Bill
  15. Carl look hear for a small bottle. https://www.amazon.com/ProOne-Pro1-XPL-Penetrating-Lubrication/dp/B01924LWOM Bill
  16. Tom if you want the best info see Ernie Ekberg. http://www.ernieekbergflooring.net Bill
  17. After reading all the responses I will add my response to the top of the pile. First of all the condo is your coach not where you happen to be parked. I think you are better renting and not buying a spot. The only time is if you are going full time and you decide you need a home base. I wouldn't be on the East coast more likely in the valley. If you are going full time I would look hear for more info. http://www.rvnetwork.com/ Bill
  18. Bill, sorry to hear about your mother. Be careful just make shure you get in secure what you need to and get out till the storm moves on. Just watching news depending on where you need to go you may not be able to get in till the storm is over. Bill
  19. Welcome to the forum. That is a generous offer, I am good but I hope no one gets caught in the storm. Bill
  20. Chuck, Right now go find the emergency exit and make sure it opens. I repeat open it don't just find it. Some get stuck from never being opened. Yes having the front door locked is a problem but what are you going to do if you have a fire between you and the door? Bill
  21. Glad you got it fixed. Bill
  22. After re reading this, You said you had one gage showing air pressure and one that didn't. I bet it is the air line to the one not showing any pressure. Let us know what you find. Bill
  23. Welcome to the forum. Yes quality is a problem at all levels in the RV world. Bill
