Yes, that is the one, Totally corona free!!! https://www.pplmotorhomes.com/used-rvs-for-sale/diesel-motorhomes/2003-fleetwood-bounder_rv-44575 Seriously I would be looking at a used engine from a salvage yard. There are lots of them out there. Bill

The difference is so small 5.9, 4.02 bore X 4.72 stroke versus 6.7, 4.21bore x 4.88 stroke. You know herman, I can get the OP a good running 5.9 already installed and tested for $30,000 and will throw in a whole coach ready to roll and a full tank of diesel and propane. Bill

Some of the engines are rebuilt for $6500. Have you called any of the local salvage yards? I had always planned to go back with a 6.7 if I had to replace my 5.9. Bill

Well lets hope things calm down soon. Maybe 6 State? Bill

I considered something like that. I did consider the vibration but it is pretty tight The types I used are fairly robust. I am thinking about making a bracket to mount it off the ladder. Bill

Look at this. -
Much appreciated and I may take you up on it if I can't find any handy. It was mostly because I was to lazy to go in the shead and look. Bill

Yes, I know about the black ones but didn't have any handey. These will last for a while and I may go to some kind of ladder bracket. Bill

With some extra time on my hands I finally installed/moved my FMCA egg. Bill

Joe I was basing my statement on this. If I remember on my Bounder (Fleetwood) the fresh air doors are right over the draine (there is no filter) and if the OP isn't getting proper air flow at the inside vents it would indicate the flopper doors arn't working right. One of those duckbill drains might help but I don't know if he had one originally. Bill
-
I would check and see if the flopper doors are operating correctly. Bill

Good Sam Club being discontinued?????
wildebill308 replied to woodworker414's topic in General Discussion
I don't doubt they have problems. I just can't see them being able to keep it off the forums. Did you know you can get free home delivery when you buy a RV from them? You can do it all over the phone. You never see it till they deliver it. That isn't my way of buying but. Bill -
Anyone looking for brighter headlamps for an older coach
wildebill308 replied to kaypsmith's topic in Electrical
That does sound cheaper than buying a new coach. Bill -
Good Sam Club being discontinued?????
wildebill308 replied to woodworker414's topic in General Discussion
Strange there is no mention of it on the Good Sams forums. http://forums.goodsamclub.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/newest.cfm Yet they were able to keep it quiet from all those on the forums. Bill -
Then there is this.

Strange times when they have a news conference to talk about TOILET PAPER! https://www.wfaa.com/article/news/health/coronavirus/covid-19-concerns-lead-to-unusual-bans-in-dallas-county/287-a8a50a42-7e86-4094-82a4-6ca5aeb80e5e Bill

How did it act when "It was stalling" ? Bill

I am not shure I understand how stopping people from camping overnight is stopping the spread? Most of the campgrounds I have seen are pretty dispersed. Social distancing = new politically correct term. Dallas will ticket you if you are observed walking or jogging to close. Bill

Well I am back on that learning curve as I don't have any of the filter part numbers for the MA. I will have spare filters shortly after that. Saying to just let the shop change them at annuel reminded me of the guy who stopped to talk to me up in Michigan the last time I was in the UP. I was checking my tire pressure and he stopped and asked why I was doing that. He had his dealer check his tire pressure in the spring when they did the maintenance and he saw no reason to do it after that. Seriously, I would rather carry spares and not need them than, well you know. Bill

It is amazing he was able to crawl that far. Bill

Once again, I encourage everyone to contact their State and National senators and representatives to make it happen. If they arn't hearing about it nothing will happen. Bill

Cowser Tire and Service who just did my tire rotation for me has a realey nice truck tire machine for changing and a good computer balancing machine. If you are in the area I would recommend them. https://cowsertire.com/ They know how to use the FMCA tire program. Bill
