That's what I was wondering about.

Joe. The TA issue was 2002, 3, & 4. An example: 70% off everything on my 2010 coach, is from 2004, 5, & 6 ! No longer available. Chassis is 2009, but leveling system is 2006. Awnings are Girrard elect. 2004. etc.
-
Joe. Does that mean, they used the leftover chassis from 2002 to 2007 in their 2009 to 2014 units? Along with the "Trailing arm issues?

04 Trailing Arm Question - are these the replacements?

Brett, that link is priceless for anyone with a R4 or RR4. Even if you have the good one, there is a full explanation of what you need. -
Wonder if OP got the job done? I have nothing more to contribute!

Ditched my Towing and Roadside Assistance
manholt replied to hayesfamily's topic in Roadside Assistance
Wayne, Was that in the old coach? In your "new" coach or mine, due to weight and length, just any tow truck, will not do! I'm covered for, up to 100 mile tow, for my coach, by State Farm, on my policy! I asked if that was by Heavy Duty tow truck & can I have that in writing? I got it. -

Next time you crawl under, block your wheels! For safety sake. -
And you was around 300#, that would have been a sight to see!

manholt replied to rj_winger's topic in Type C Motorhomes
You are correct & WB has a disclaimer...carry weight is not based on Volume of compartments. 102 cu. ft. -

Rear compartment of a 2018 Winnebage Aspect 30J

Herman. The compartment runs the width of the coach in rear, under the bed & he's towing a 3000# car...Long way from drive axle to rear, axle is rated for 9,600#, coach is 22,000# ! 32' 4" ! -
My bad, should have asked, on your other post, if you were towing! Your coach has a long extension between drive axle and the rear.
-
That's why Joe's took a one way trip! I had the Combo in my WB Tour & Allegro Bus...they both took a one way trip...POS! Took 2 to get them out. Now I have the stacker and it's just fine!

If it's a road or area that's new to me, I'll look at Sat view first, then a map. Have not used my Navigation system, since 2011 in another coach! I will check weather & road closures, if conditions warrant that. I don't want to be one of Keon's customers! -

From what you wrote...I estimate 200-250#...I would do as Joe said, get it weight empty! -
Close enough on all three! Ian, please define affordable?

Unlike generator that will stop at quarter of a tank...Aqua Hot is not set that way on mine! We had stopped at the Ranch house on our way to Capitol RV Park (.8 miles) in Gladewater...James got on phone and ordered 1,000 gal., I took 178 gallons of it. Took about 5 minutes to bleed out air, then both engine & gen started. Snow & Sleet made the Park very muddy, so we stayed parked by the barn! That's a first for me! Brett, I think I had one glass too many!
-
Roland, depends on where you was when a storm came thru! About every 5 years, we get the dip in the Jet Stream, from NW to NE. Other times we get the Pineapple Express. El Nino, El nina.

Kay. My door (all American Coach's) is air operated...You must be stopped, in Neutral, with Air break on, to open...30" opening...same with Newell & Prevost. Brett may know about Alpine & Foretravel. Yours being an MCI, I would think it was wider than 24"!

Have had my daily, Brain short circuit.

Thank you Brett. That brings up another question...I have a 150 gallon tank, per original "Owners Manual", so I thought, until I ran out of diesel last week (don't ask). Found out, I have a 180+ fuel tank! Do I put in a quart or 2 quarts of Kleen? If I use 2, will it hurt anything...other than the wallet?
-
I fully understood that, Bill. In my case, because of the 30" opening, I can bring it in/out with no modification! You made the blanket statement, "most RV doors are 24 inches in width"!
-
Rich. So, does that mean that I need to add White Kleen in Canada, this summer? we'll be in the Maritime Provinces for 2 month's! Normally I use Gray! Carl C.

Manual or electric, the latch needs adjusting or spring needs to be replaced.
