  1. Joe. My old tv was mounted in a box like yours. The new & bigger Vizio is external of the box, a 4" x 1/4" x length of cabinet, steel plate was used for mounting. Bottom & side sound bars are open...the Geek also connected my coach radio speakers, to the Blue Ray DVD player for surround sound, great for movies!
  2. boboaks. Try via Fantasy Tours or Tours to Adventure, they might know better than us. I have been WM or asst. many times, but it was, "jump in and learn on the fly"!
  3. Have you downloaded all the apps? I researched the system this am, in Seattle, WA., they had several, "click here", Links for trouble shooting.
  4. Sunny? Looks, white, drab, naked trees and COLD to me! Guess beauty is in the eyes of the beholder...
  5. Linda has a 2006 Tiffin Phaeton 40' DP. I replaced her wiper arms...O' Reilly Auto Parts, found them!
  6. You got my attention! So much for, "Beautiful Southern Wisconsin"!!!
  7. I had the DISH & replaced the head only with the Direct TVHD...motor is the one that came with DISH...$1,800 for everything. Sold the DISH, receivers to the installer for $600 & wrote a check for $1,200. The installer does all makes for RV and he'll be in Perry, Minot & Six State Shreveport Rally! Have his card, but not handy...Herman should have it also! It all depends on how long the Satellite will remain in orbit & transmit.

Your right Richard. Been in Grayhound, Continental, MANN Tour Buses & Prevost. Turn on the OTR and you can hang meat, anywhere. Don't grab a window seat...☃️
  9. I'm hard wired & I carry a portable for shore post. I would rather catch a problem at Campground CB, if I can!

    Dash Air

Mine is a 10kw. Since I'm all electric, then with roof air on, it's about, .6 gal an hour while driving. We're on generator about 7 hrs. a day! That's in the hottest part of the country in Summer and I also run dash air, so, I guess- to- mate, a gal. an hour, or 45 miles that I loss a day. We will be putting about 8,000+/- miles on coach this Summer, in about 120 days...I'll experiment and let you know! Interesting question, a lot of variables...
  11. Ian, you burst my bubble...I was so, hoping for some good milk and cheese! Oh well, back to Sour Cream, Cottage Cheese and 1/2 & 1/2!
  12. I suspect it's more like European milk, higher cream content. In Norway & Sweden, I drink milk, because it's Pasteurized not Homogenized. Also, 6% !

All my chassis fuses are located on driver side, 1st bay, that has generator slide out control. We are both Fleetwood.
  14. Eric, you need some dry, big, palm fronds, to cover the metal on the side! 😎
  15. Try NAPA or call Monaco and talk to Parts Dept. Amazing what they still have in stock!
  16. Bill, as a ND, I can come in the 10th, if I want too! Day before is good.
  17. DB. We are coming from Gladewater, Texas...I-30 is 50 miles North, then we will head to Cleveland, Ohio. Albany, NY would be going South, South East. We don't do 600+ miles a day, our speed is more in the 300 and less. Also, stop for a couple of days, here and there to sightsee! We figure 17 days to cover the 1,800+ miles up there (I like a cushion for any unforeseen incidences)! Murphy's Law. On the return trip, we have a month to get to LA.
  18. Yep, only other place, would be by the stove! I have seen some strange signs placed above the back splash!

What do you use to get the coach wheel of the ground? Shoulder of the road, then what? It's been my experience (pray it don't happen again), that a flat or blow out, happens at the most inconvenient places!
  20. DB, can you mill 8"x8"x14' posts? If so, you'll save more than a buck!
  21. Eric, I'll get with you in March, about 1/2 dozen pup's that would otherwise go on the burn pile! In plastic tubs or large barrels, they do great... You putting a ice maker in the bar...keep beer cold?
  22. There are a lot of different power systems available, some are just chips for more power. The Financing of the Banks System was Dale Johnson and his Son in Law, Gale Banks was the inventor! Dale was my fathers best friend in Santa Monica, CA. until dad passed in 1983. Last time I saw Dale and Gale, was at the FMCA INTO Rally in Lebanon, Tenn. 2002. Banks was compliant with all CA. emission laws and street legal. Since the Headquarters are in Azusa, CA. I would think, they are still compliant, with all EPA & CA. emission laws! In 2005, I bought my last gas coach, 2006 Southwind 32 foot and had it delivered in Texas, with the Banks Power System...Did not affect my warranty! I took it all over this country for 18 months and 27,000 miles, with no problems of any kind...then I needed more torque and a higher tow capacity for a 24' Stacker trailer, that's when I got the WB Tour 40KD. With a DP, it's a whole other ball game.
  23. Looks like a doable system to me! Don't know about Atlanta, but we will be in Perry, GA., The 12th of Feb. in Handicap 50 amp Parking! Have a red Jeep with all the appropriate Masonic stickers in back. Herman Mullins, will also have a Meet & Greet at his coach, it will be announced on the Forum, as to space #, when!

Herman, your 82 & your knees, are one step away from replacement. Just like my 76' ers, are! Linda has the hydraulic tire rack...We got a 43 hp tractor, that needs new tires, come on down to the ranch, you can use the rack all you want...we even got all the tools you need. "A mans got to know his limitations"!
  25. Never seen one turn that color before! Where is it mounted?
