  1. Yep. You want to find it before you need it. Crawling around in sub zero weather is NOT on top of my wish list..
  2. Sorry Tim. That's a first for me. Nothing is ever exact, but it gives a general, visual idea. I used to use the part time and full time Generator parking, 27 years ago, was the last time. It was always in the North, South, East or West 40...meaning, you was a long ways out there. We have excellent tram service, so it's never been a problem getting around. If this is your First Convention/Rally, don't forget to come in with full fuel & water. Empty holding tanks. You can get water and get sucked out by Honey wagon, it's expensive and no guarantee they will get to you ! Enjoy the moment
  3. rc. Take a regular volt meter reading of your batteries, one at a time...the old fashion way! What are the Amp reading and voltage reading?
  4. Dan, welcome! We need more info! Mine is hard wired and I have a on/off switch next to my Aqua Hot switches on my control panel. Most of the time, its a plug into 120V in your engine bay, by your start batteries, if you have a Diesel Pusher!
  5. What happened to the OP? Herman, this is not, nor is every other Post an advertising spot for a FMCA rally! If we are to stay on topic, then there is no exceptions...is there?
  6. Like a car, it should all come off the ground at the same time!
  7. Will, I wish you well and hope you have many more miles of travel and enjoyment. If you have any issues in the future come back and we will do what we can to help!
  8. Easiest way to find that, call membership Services at FMCA 1-800-543-3622 M to F, 8 to 5 and ask if they can download the parking map for Perry 2016 to you ! It will be the same.
  9. There should be a plaque behind driver seat on wall or in closet, that will give you the name and size tires that came with coach. Richard is correct, have your coach weight front to back and each corner if possible (you might want to call CHP in your area, they usually have a portable unit & they will bend over backwards to help anyone that want's to stay safe)!
  10. Will. Depending on where the Injectors came from...AZ is nice, warm and cozy. In Texas, we are so far below freezing the last week, that flights where canceled and other flights all over the mid west and east, where also canceled...I'm still waiting on parts that was "overnighted" before Christmas and the same 4 days ago! Your lucky you got them in 4 days!!! I had an Injector go bad in a year...speak Chinese?
  11. Herman. The -86.9 was set back in WW1. Now, they get a balmy -40 to -70. LOL. You got to have a lot off people in that part of Siberia....they got 117 prisons to care for!
  12. Rick. Job well done! I'm not a big fan of awning lights....probably dates back to the days of multi colored balls, pineapples and flamingos! However, having under slide and now under coach lights, that is something that I'm interested in. As you said, safety at night, has always been a concern when opening a bay! Can't tell you how many times, I have banged my head into the slide out or the rear view mirrors at night. My agility of 20, 30 years ago and now, is two different life's. My body will not allow me to self install, so I have to bite the $2,700 bullet (I have checked on the cost for how and where I want it), what I would like to know, how are your lights attached to the slide out's? Great pictures and hope your in a warmer place than Texas. Jim S. snuck in while I was writing!!!
  13. Herman. you need to upgrade your western hat, cut out the crown & insert a red ball cap! Have not seen you in a Stetson since Conroe, TX. LOL
  14. I did as you Kay....but that response disappeared and replaced by Herman's response! Hope you fare better...
  15. Jackdor. Welcome to the Forum! What make & Model bike you got? Also same info on coach that you got your lift on? Toad?
  16. That's news to me as I have never had that asked of me before! All I get is "What kind, length, how many slides, toad and pet/pets"? That's it. $25 to $125 a day, anywhere in the USA! I have heard of it happening, but that was 10-15 years ago and mainly in California and Florida!
  17. RO has been around for over 60 years and is used by all branches of the US & Canadian Military, as a portable unit. Tap water from your house has undergone RO, before you get and drink it. Cape Coral, FL. has the biggest desalination & RO plant in the world...15 million gallons an hour of mostly pure drinking water! RO will remove up to 98% germs....for viruses, you still got to do it the "good old fashion way", soap and water! I could go on and give Nano examples, but don't want to bore anyone!
  18. Contact Tom, a ton of experience with every corner of the US. Don. Are you a member of River City Travelers?
  19. Sure wish I had the second part about who and what the Tech was earlier! That's why it's important to get all information up front. I would go with Brett and Joe's input first...KISS
  20. OK. Jim, but will it work with multiple inverters? I have 2 inverters at 2,800W each!
  21. Janice. Welcome to the Forum! This post was last answered about 9+ months ago! It also, started with the question a year ago!
  22. FIVE. Wish it did on mine. But, they had 4 years to work on it, between you and me!
  23. Every New Coach I have bought, 5, have started when I signed the papers and gave them the check! The delivery mileage and demo mileage did not count. Same goes with all the cars, SUV's and trucks! I did buy 7 cars that was "Classic Antiques", no warranty on them. I still have my 1972 Bentley.
