BillA. Not really, I had the 40KD with a 400 Cummins, Allison 3000, Onan 8KW, 2 AC's (needed 3). They also, made a 36 foot. I think it also had the 400Cummins, but not sure. I do know that they both where on the Freightliner chassis, mine had 295-80-22.5...don't know about the 36' Carl

Red. How much does your trailer weigh empty and what do intend to carry? Also, what is your coach rated to haul? I have seen the end result of a coach rated to haul 5K and they where pulling a 10K trailer...very expensive! You can put any size hitch on the back, but that will not increase the rating of the coach! Carl

Couple of drops, 3 in 1 oil, or sewing machine oil and 8 pound fishing line....wear leather gloves! Takes every thing off. I also use 3 in 1 on my step now, no more "clunk", in or out (found that out by accident, ran out of Lithium).

Bill. Same one I have, I can pull it out about 2 feet.

Tim. The only Coach that I know off that uses Volta Lithium battery is the 2017 and 2018 Prevost by Liberty! I have used all kinds of high dollar AGM's in my race boats (when I had them). Lifeline are the only ones that held up to the pounding of 120+ knots in offshore racing! I have AGM's in my coach, by NAPA (Western Auto) currently...only ones I could get in an emergency at the location I was at. So far, they are holding up far better than I expected. I do about 30% Freeway. If your replacing batteries every 18 months, you got a serious problem! That has nothing to do with the integrity of the battery! Carl

I have to agree with Ray on that. Places like Motorhomes of Texas and PPL, is a great place to buy! Not sell. Carl

Tim, I would love to have one, it could replace all 8 of my house batteries and be 600 pounds lighter...but, they stll have a nasty habit of catching fire...think the Dream Liner Airplane or Tesla!

Joe. Mine was not due until 4/18...It's not a perfect world. As Wayne has under his name.."it is what it is, then it's what YOU make of it". 5 years now for $200 is a no brainer to me! Just saying!

I read..."my new kitchen faucet"! There may be another strainer where the water line connects to the faucet. Turn water valve off for kitchen, should be under sink, get a bucket and disconnect water line or lines to faucet. Place lines in bucket and turn on valve. Carl

There are 2, 1 1/2 inch long by 3/16 inch bolts on each motor that holds a square shaft onto the shaft of motor (bolt goes thru both shafts) and a self looking nut...mine broke in half so only one shaft was able to bring one corner in. I had to sit in bay and look up to see it. Don't warp the shafts or you'll be looking at big $$$ instead of $4 for a 3 pack at any hardware store or Home Depot. Get good SS, not Chinese! Carl

Dons2346. Good to see your still alive! Sometimes I feel like a Salmon going down stream in egg laying season! I was at Diesel Club rally prior to Rawhide. Rett Porter and Ken Carpenter gave a presentation of why we have to open up for towable's! They did make a convincing presentation! However a lot of it was without substance. "We, FMCA, are losing money, we are close to going Bankrupt"..where is this coming from? Do we have 2 set's of books? I have seen nothing in the P & L statements for the last 4 years, that gives an indication of FMCA slipping down into Bankruptcy! Carl

Tim. There is a button or switch, mine is on left side of steering wheel on dash, that says AUX. When my starter batteries was going bad and did not have the amps to start the engine. I pressed the aux switch and it started right up (it uses the house batteries as a boost). Herman snuck in! I suspect that the solenoid you pulled was for auxiliary start. I also think you have a dead cell in one of your batteries.

I like keep it simple! The last one I saw, made 3 gal. but it was not simple (home made)...

Any Plasma fabrication shop can duplicate it. However $75 is cheap, when you consider how long the other one lasted.
