  1. Bill, you would still be waiting for a test drive!
  2. To best answer the question. You need to find the leak that is causing the stain, not just mask it...what year, make and model of your coach? Bill is a monitor person this month! He can't fix anything.. Carl
  3. Bill, I don't have "recirculate" in my dash air! You have that in your 03' Rig?
  4. Since that is how the old switch operated and looked like, why not replace it by calling the Toll free #? Then just run a 50A to TS and forget the twin 30A inn!
  5. 56llama. Welcome to the Forum! Use Bill Adams, site...as bm said it changes all the time. I have found in the past, that fresh meat and poultry, Vegetables, fruit and living plants are best to leave behind in both directions.
  6. Marcus, can have it...just leave my Cabela's alone.
  7. X2...Geez! If FMCA can't keep a Web in working condition (these crashes has been occurring for 30+ month's now) how are we going to be the new and improved FMCA?
  8. Bill. Keep calling! You might want to call Winnebago, they might have a new # for CC parts! Luck Carl
  9. Herman, do agree, with most. My zone 1 is like yours, my zone 2 has unobstructed vent's, because it cools the bathroom and hallway. Zone 3, I leave off. Blake. I have great insulation in engine room and get very little heat in bedroom. I do set the AC temp at 70 and high fan, when it's summer in TX. Carl
  10. Joe, what would you do in a Bronco 4x4, with a 400 in it?
  11. Have you taken it camping since you bought it? What is wrong with the coach?
  12. BillA. Have you called Country Coach to see if they have one in stock?

Roland. In your case and under the health situations your dealing with, I agree with your decision ! Carl
  14. Al. I was not trying to be anything. Just a fact...the AK folks spend winters in the low, lower 48. Most are not retired, but their business is in tourism and by late September the weather gets real iffy in AK and Canada...not all of Canada. Even the Canadians that are snowbirds are mostly in the States by mid October, like CA, AZ, NM, Texas, LA, AL, FL. Never met any that takes a month or more to get to where it's warm! Last time I drove to AK, we spent 2 weeks in the states and 10 days in Canada, before getting to AK. Now, we fly to Seattle, WA. or Vancouver, BC. and take a R/T cruise or the Ferry system. Love the Ferry, it takes you to places that a coach has never been!
  15. dom. Welcome to the Forum! When your on a trip. Do you know how much your coach weights? Each axel and corner to corner is best, but at least each axel. In your coach, mine is behind driver seat on wall, there is a plaque or paper that shows recommended tire inflation for steer axel (front). drive axel (dual wheels) and tag axel. That does not include what you carry and tow! I do 115, 95, 90 that's cold tire pressure and there is only me in coach, with empty holding tanks, 50% or less fresh water and full fuel...150 gallons! Any truck stop with a CAT scale will weight you and your toad since that is part of your total weight. Escapees also have some portable scales...Google them. FMCA does it also at our Rally's! What your currently carrying is fine, until you get weight...might not be a smooth ride or not enough air. Carl
  16. Yea! We tend to only see what we expect to see sometimes...been there too! That word "assumed", has a way of biting me in the end...
  17. Bill. Don't sugar coat it !
  18. Joan. It takes one to make one. Don't think you'll have any problems at all.
  19. Yea! Well, his expert opinion or knowledge has not done you any good. Just because he builds Generators, does not make him an Electrical engineer or electrician. I go with Rick and Kay on your issue... Carl
  20. Brett, Kay. He has 50A Shore power on side of garage installed for coach! Why the house batteries are dead is another issue, I suspect a bad cell or no water in acid battery, either way it does need a small charger to bring them back enough for converter to kick in. My suggestion is based on acid and filled to proper level with distilled water.
  21. F233381 In my Elk Lodge on Galveston Island. Every year, we have 5 couples who live in AK come down for Winter, in their 43 foot coaches! 10 day's of travel. They travel between 9 am to 5 pm daily. I don't understand "the rule of 2"! Come to think about it, I'm retired and I suspect so is the OP, there are no rules!
  22. There are times, I just as soon, not want to hear!
