Marquis 7000 7NHMFA26106C Will Crank, But Not Start
hermanmullins replied to Cl7aude1's topic in Electrical
WELCOME TO THE FORUM. Check and see if you have a relay in the fuel electrical circuit. From what you have tested it has to be a relay or fuse for the fuel pump. Good, Luck -
Andre, Welcome to the Forum. Google RV Salvage. There are salvage yards all over the USA and there may be one in your area. You may have to buy the complete roller assy. to get the end cap. One place may have a roller that is damaged and the end cap is good. Look on line, phone them up and check them out. Good Luck.

Come on, Bill. It only takes some lift blocks a few shackle changes New shocks and a new step assy. and you could have a monster MH. talk about parking any where and on what ever you like. I say go for it.

NEVER YOUR OWN? How about the wifes? Brett, have you ever tryed the aerisol spray cleaner that HVAC tech use on the condensers? I have used it at home and following the instructions the dirt just flows away with water pressure. I didn't see any problem with the paint of the unit. I would say to go to a car wash and use the engine cleaner and soapy water, but not the high pressure. Your thoughts.

07 Coachman Mirada Onan 4000KW Gasoline Generator
hermanmullins replied to Leolandry's topic in Systems and Appliances
Leo, Welcome to the Forum. Your generator is a splash lube unit. That means that there is no oil pump or oil filter. If your unit is low on oil it will over heat and the over heat sensor will kill your engine until is cools off. Check you oil. With 160hrs on the unit it is time for an oil change. Good luck. -
Before you add hydraulic jack oil check with yout mfg. Most all use Dextron Automatinc Transmission Fluid. Please do not add anything untill you check with the Mfg.

Welcome to the Forum. You have two solenoid valves on your coach. One for the front air bags and one for the rear. If when you press the dump button you should hear the air releasing and the coach to slowly lower. If only the front goes down then you can have several problems. 1) a bad solenoid. 2) a blown fuse for the valve. and 3) the one I had. Dirt dobbers nest in the valve. Hope these help.

Million Dollar Hwy in Colorado
hermanmullins replied to ronmonson's question in Destinations/Attractions
Brett Brett, Hwy 7 in AR is one of the most beautiful in AR. One really nice thing is that you can check on your toad just by looking out the side window and not the mirror. Isn't Jasper a net little town? You are making me want to take the drive. -

I really love to see all of these answers. It goes back to the old saying "Mine is Bigger then yours". It is quit clear that this great country has some awsome BBQ places. And not every one agrees on which is best. Taste, location, decor, people, menu, and on and on. These answers have given me alot of places to try on our travels. Thanks to all, But Mine IS bigger then yours. HAPPY RVING!

Ron, Welcome to the Forum. I have a 2002 Dynasty with tag axle. My Mfg. tag indicates that I should have 90 psi front and 95 psi in the rear. Mine may be lower due to the tag axle. But I do get a very smooth ride. As for you not being able to dump, I had the same problem with my Windsor. My RV tech concluded that I needed to replace both solenoid valves. I bought the valves and when I removed to old valves if found that both were stopped up with dirt dobber nest. I cleaned the outlet and wala I was able to dump my air. I then put small air filter on the valves to prevent future problems. Oh I did return the $85.00 valves. From you drivers seat can you raise your coach? If not then it might be that your air bags are full and not being able to dump gives you a hard ride. These are just thoughts, but an RV tech could help.

Wayne I just saw your post from June. Sorry for your problems and happy that all is well and no damage was done to your coach. You said that you are going to change both tires. Since these are rear tires and are drive tires is it wise to only change two tires on one side and not the other side as well? My thought is wear. It may seem to be very little but you could have tires of different dia. on the defferential. Just my thought, Maybe the gentleman (sorry I can't remember his name)that is a retired tire design eng. might have a thought on that. Again glad you'll are safe.

Ronnie, as Brett said welcome to the Forum. There are several other concerns I might have other then the generator. How about Fresh Water? What is your capacity and how long will it last for your needs? How about holding tanks? What are their capacities? Putting it all together and 30 hours might be enough before you have to go dump, get water and fuel. All the thoughts of getting a additional tank installed, separate stand alone tank, changing out your propane tank for a much larger one (enough room?) to changing to the generator for a diesel (very costly, 5 to 6 thousand of dollars and again space) might be too costly. If your coach was plumbed for a diesel generator your fuel line is set for 1/4 tank so as not to empty your tank. If is wasn't plumbed you will have to tap into a fuel line and then not have that safety factor. With all these factor out there I think you have a lot to think about before you spend a lot of money. Go have fun, you and always got replenish when needed.

Mario, let me be the first to welcome you to the Forum. The 2 inches longer will have no effect on your slide. What you might look at is how much space is between the wall and the end of the mattress. If when the slide in in and you have several inches of space you should be OK. Just my opinion but even if you old mattress touches the replacement mattress being 2 inches longer won't matter it will only compress the mattress a little.
-
Welcome the Forum. If you have had your slide both out and in and you have no marks on the laminate, you should be ok. As you go down the road have someone look at the bottom of the slide and look for too much bounce. If you see some you might want to adjust a little, but if there isn't too much bounce you should again be OK.

Born and raised in TEXAS. Had BBQ lots of places. Hard to say which was the best because they all had something better the the others. The one place that I have never been to is The Salt Lick near Austin, TX. Heard about it for more year then I will mention. Some one tell me if they have been there and how was it.

You might check with your insurance carrier. I have beem told that some Companys will not pay if you do not have a braking system. Also as said, there have been cases where a person ran a stop light injured people and totaled cars and they didn't have to pay a cent because the injured parties inspection sticker was out expired. Because they would not have been on the road to be hit if they had followed the law and not driven on an expired inspection. Picky but true.

How To Clean Gray Spots From White Rubber Gasket Around Door
hermanmullins replied to mlarson428's topic in Type A motorhomes
Try Brite White Tire Cleaner. Be careful with over spray. Let stand for 4 or 5 min. then wash with soapy water and a stiff brush, then rinse with clean water. If it doesn't clean complety the first time dry and repeat. This stuff will clean the really dirty tires so it should work on your gasket. You can get it at WalMart or Auto Zone. For a stiff brush may I suggest that you don't use your wifes toothbrush. -
Koot, Welcome to the Forum. Take a look and see if you have kill switch in your battery compartment. It should be a Red Round selector switch. When washing out your Bat. compt. you may have gotten water in the switch or you may have just switched it off while cleaning. I know you have looked but could someone have tripped the Battery Switch in the front entrance of your coach? Are you a member of any road side assiatance groups? If so they may have a tech to talk to. Good Luck.

Bill, that was what I was talking about. I didn' know if it was a plan or just a feature. Thanks
