  1. Alo of good information. However the topic was on the Norcold and the last post on subject was May 18, 2018. I think we are far off course and need to move to a new topic "Inverters" Herman
  2. Cindygail, Welcome to the Forum, I would start first with the base plates that go on the vehicle. They are made for specific tow bars but they should be considered as for ease for hooking up and stowing when not in use. That decided you will decide what weight capacity of bar. After you have picked out the tow bar and base plated the decide on a braking system and lights. Then last but not least you have to decide on whether you order the parts and install them yourself, have someone else install then or takes it someplace and have a turnkey job done. Brett beat me to this. Herman
  3. Looking at a Itasca 30B, a 30 foot Class A unit, I see a unit with a lot of overhang on the rear. Add the weight of a cycle on to it and I wonder if the wheel don't leave the ground on a severe bump or dip. A trip the the scales with and without the cycle will reveal a lot. Herman
  4. When the alignment is done is the motor cycle on the back? If the vehicle is aligned with it off and is then mounted on the rack it will change the specs. After it is aligned how did it drive without the cycle and with the cycle mounted? Herman
  5. Lots of insurance companies low ball you the first year and think they can go up the next. If they stayed the same you wouldn't have gone looking for a better deal. Some don't seem to understand, if they go up too much they lose all and end up with out a customer where if they stayed the same or with just a minor raise they would still have a customer. Herman
  6. Invent1, Good report however some dates would be helpful. Year of the vehicle. Date when the tire were replaced. Date code on the Tires. Deep tread may look good but crazing/cracking of the side wall and between the treads are also important. With this info. we may be able to help more. Herman
  7. Invent1, Welcome to the Forum. I was going to ask if your tires were Goodyear G 670s but I see that they are Bridgestones. I had the same issue with that brand. As you said the alignment was spot on and no king pins issue. I always balance all my tires on the coach. With the G 670s mine continued to wear just as your has. I have since gone to Toyo Md144s and the wear is as square as you would want. I will have to go along with Ray, Balance. Are both front tires wearing the same? You might try balancing and switching sides with them. If it were me I would be on the look for new front tire. What are the date codes on all your tires? Herman
  8. Are there ESC that will cover a 10 year old or older unit? I was under the impression that 10 years was the max. for coverage. Herman
  9. Carl, here is a picture of a Citroen 55U owner by Pinder Circus. My mistake of even asking whether it was right or left hand drive. I was thinking British. As can be seen in the picture it is a left hand drive. Herman
  10. Seeing the doors on both the cab and trailer on the passenger's side, it must be a left hand drive. Talk about a blank canvas. 500 ISM, 4000 Allison and a killer paint job and oh what you could do with the interior. But I will quote Car',"deep pockets and what a ride that would be!" Joe, have you put in a bid on it? Herman
  11. The factory code from Monaco was a hard one. 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5. It really took some thought in coming up with that.🤔 Herman
  12. Brian, Have you purchase a rebuilt unit yet? If not have you looked into the Propane unit that Aquahot now has? A friend of mine has one in his new Entegra and love it and there is now annual service required. Herman
  13. Glad you got it programed. But what I would like to know is, who the H*ll comes up with programs like this? Again Happy for you. Herman
  14. I'm in the Central Time Zone and just about to have lunch. Herman
  15. Ray. let us know what Entegra says, "Inquiring Minds Want to Know". Herman
  16. Sorry, I ain't to gooood width des new tangled unit.🤪 Mine locks with the push of 555. Unlock by the code I installed. Herman
  17. gbrawley8, Welcome to the Forum. We had 8 new tires put on this year. I had the flexible extensions and the dealer would not put they back on. He did install long valve stems on the inside duels, bent them a bit so they would protrude through the hole in the outside wheel. He then ordered the correct rubber grommets that fit on my particular wheel and had them mailed to my house. The inside duel stem protruded enough for any TPM you want to use. Looks good and the wheel are easier to clean without the flex lines in the way. Again, Welcome. Herman
  18. Ray, I forgot to say, your key FOB is set to the unit and will work with whatever code you have set. Herman
  19. Ray, Mine is also a 5 slot keypad. (1/2 - 3/4 - 5/6 - 7/8 -- 9/0). Keypad are all the same as how they are configured and for what they look like. Here is how mine is programed. My programming switch is in the arm rest next to the passenger chair. I have to pull out the cup holder, reach down to find the switch and pull it out. It is long enough to get it where you can work with it. TO PROGRAM SYSTEM or TO CHANGE THE MASTER CODE: 1. Locate and press the programming switch. 2. Four rapid beeps will sound. 3. Enter 1119 on the keypad. (This is the keypad outside) 4 Three rapid beeps will sound. 5. Enter the new 3 to 8 digit MASTER USER CODE. (Again on the keypad outside) 6. Wait 5 seconds for 2 rapid beeps. Your new Master User Code is set. 7 Test the new Master User Code. 8. If the new code does not work, repeat steps 1 through 7 CAUTION!!! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE DOOR KEYS BEFORE TESTING THE NEW MASTER USER CODE Ray, I hope you are able to use this information.
  20. Thank you for the update on Gary. Our Prayers are still with Gary and his family. Herman
  21. Puff, when we bought our Monaco 13 years ago we changed the key pad code. All I did was pull out the pad and entered our number by the instructions. Our new code over rode the old code. Herman
  22. I have the instructions in the coach and will send you the sheet tomorrow. Herman
  23. Fuel today in Whitewright Texas, Regular $1.249 Diesel $1.999 I already had full tanks and now nowhere to go. Herman
  24. Roland, My son, his wife and two sons live in Cheyenne. They have been there for about 20 years. They went to visit her mother in Kearney, NE and decided to visit Cheyenne. Fell in love with it, came home and both gave notice where they each worked, packed up a U-Haul and moved. She did have a job interview the day they arrived and went to work 3 day later. My son took about two weeks to find a job. Since we don't get to see them that often we won't miss our Grandson's 18th Birthday and Graduation (if there is one). My son has a friend from High School that played football and graduated from the University of Wyoming in Laramie. That would have been about 25 years ago. If it means anything his name was Ross Crum. Sorry for the long answer. Herman
