  1. This video will give the non believers an idea of how much power a tornado can have. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WABqwKjQM_c Watch and tell me how you think you would be safe in your RV. Bill
  2. Glad you got it fixed now go have some fun. Bill
  3. 359 to US 287 to 87 to US20 would probably be the way I would go. If you add your RV and some outher info to your signature you don't have to type it all the time and you will get better answers. Have you used Google Street view to look at any of the roads? Bill
  4. Most of the time Dunkin Donuts Coffee. Bill
  5. I have much better uses for red solo cups. Bill
  6. I would go up using the second route US 95 to US 2 then when you leave on state 35 south to Flathead lake. I would stay on US 93 to Elmo to Wye on I-95. I like Jim & Mary's RV Park, 9800 US-93, Missoula, MT 59808 jimandmarys.com, (406) 549-4416. Good spot to stay while you explore around Missoula. Missoula had 3 separate farmers markets going at the same time. If they are in season get some Flathead cherries. Bill
  7. Ok, lets review, the black tank washer/flush is not connected to any outher part of your water system, right? Make shure the valves are turned all the way in the hot water bypass system. not just the handles as they have been known to slip on the shaftes. If that isn't it replace the check valve on the hot water heater. Let me know what you find. Bill
  8. Joe those sealants will keep someone busy trying to get them apart. There are other "better quality" sealants out there but most don't want to spend the money. Prep is the key and using the right promoter. Bill
  9. Welcome to the forum. Not enough information. I am not going to guess that you really mean lr3? what year? what transmission? what trim? Bill
  10. One of the problems is geting the silicone to stick to the old sealant and being shure the old sealant is not compromised causing a leak path. I have no experience with "Flex Seal". Bill
  11. Wayne, try using Diesel Kleen to improve the cetane rating of your fuel. I can tell the difference of how smooth the engine runs with it. https://powerservice.com/psp_product/diesel-kleen-cetane-boost/, "Diesel Kleen +Cetane Boost is loaded with cetane, detergent and lubricity improver to provide peak diesel performance." Bill
  12. I would make sure the valves on the bypass setup on the hot water heater are in the right position because you say they just de winterized it. Bill
  13. Yes there was something you could do that the cars couldn't do. When traffic is stopped put on the 4 way flashers set the parking brake and get up and go to the bathroom. Grab a cold drink from the frige and be back in your seat ready and much more relaxed when traffic does move. Bill
  14. I am talking about you. I don't know of any RV tier that is bias ply any more. Bill
  15. Welcome to the forum. I don't know if the pier would have a place to plug the coach in. Parking is a RV park would give the OP a place to leave the coach plugged in so it is cool when they get back and they don't need to empty the refrigerator. Bill
  16. I would look them up in http://www.rvparkreviews.com/ and see what people say. Bill
  17. I am wondering where you are buying bias tires for your RV and why? Bill
  18. Yes thank you, I was going to bring that up. You need gloves that are rated as Acetone resistant. The blue nitrile gloves will only last about 4 min in acetone so be safe and use appropriate PPE. Bill
  19. Yes, Acetone is your friend, Most bonds fail because of not doing the prep right. Just a bit of trivia for you. Acetone is the recommended/preferred cleaner when doing sealing and bonding on the F-35 jet fighter. Bill
  20. Here is something about removing the existing tape. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yRZUnDfU3U I would use the spray primer, EternaPrime® Acetone is your friend, Acetone is your friend, Acetone is your friend!!! Did I say that enough? Bill
  21. Good advise if towing 4 down. I don't think you will see much vibration of the steering wheel when using a tow dolly, especially if the steering is locked. I used a dolly for a couple of years with no problems. If it was the only way to have a toad with me I would do it again, because I will not travel without a toad. Bill
  22. Yep, just north west of Denver. https://www.nps.gov/romo/index.htm Bill
