  1. richard5933, Just wanted to add you into this reply. I would not use any additive except Diesel Kleen which is approved and recommended by Cummins. http://powerservice.com/psp_product/diesel-fuel-supplement-cetane-boost/ I use it in every tank to help compensate for the poor diesel that is at the pumps. Bill
  2. Great now get busy writing up everything you can find. Bill
  3. Sure sounds like the threads are stripped now after "tapped it back into the jack" That is tough on a threaded fitting. I would get a "Bottom" tap of the right size and try to carefully chase the threads. A new zerk fitting may have enough threads to catch if wrapped in Teflon tape. What I would do first is to scream that it is a warranty issue and try to get a new jack. Bill
  4. Rich, probably a good thing to stay till the conditions get better. I have a sister in Erie PA and she sent some pictures and video. They have over 7ft on the level in their front lawn. Bill
  5. Good link Joe, I use the White bottle if and when I think the temperatures will be below 30*. I don't think it will be a problem using it in Your Aquaheat System in the recommended ratio. Bill
  6. I keep a ceramic heater in the wet bay it will be warmer hear at only 23 but I don't trust light bulbs to be enough. I have 3 heaters in the coach to fight off the cold. The one in the wet bay and 2 upstairs. Bill
  7. If I am leaving the next day I leave my block heater on over night. The coldest I have had to start in was 5 deg. at the top of Raton Pass. That is a bunch of cold iron and water to try and warm up in a few hours. Bill
  8. I would get these apps to help you find places. http://www.rvparkreviews.com/ and https://www.rvparky.com/ I also use Google Earth to look at places. Bill
  9. I run Shell Rotella T-6 5-40 in both the generator and coach. I get good reports on my oil samples. I only sample the coach now as I don't use the generator as much and if it breaks it won't strand me. Bill
  10. Have you looked at Magnolia RV Park Resort, 211 Miller St, Vicksburg, MS 39180, magnoliarvparkresort.com (601) 631-0388. I would down load https://www.rvparky.com/ and http://www.rvparkreviews.com/ I find them helpful. Bill
  11. Joe, what about the Electric Crash Sensor #19 I know they can be intermittent. Just a thought. Bill
  12. What is the temperature where you are? How long has it ben below freezing? Are you running the furnace for heat? What faucet are you opening to see if the pump is working? Do you have the water pump turned on at the main power panel? Do you have a IR digital thermometer, They are helpful for trouble shooting temperature issues. Bill
  13. I just thought of a good one. Eat well and travel often. I have always liked the one Roosevelt had for the Rough Riders, "There is no place as to far and no such thing as to ready." Bill
  14. Welcome to the forum and 2018. Is it the whole paint job or just the shield on the front? If it is the whole paint I would be deducting the cost of a good paint job from what they want. Or I would be looking else ware. Bill
  15. Jim, does it crank? does it crank as fast as normal? Can you check fuel pressure? Have you changed the fuel filter's? Make sure all the electrical connections are good including ground. Let us know what you find. Bill
  16. Welcome to the forum and 2018. With that little information I don't know but as others have said I would contact Remo www.remcoindustries.com/product-pages/towing/ Bill
  17. Well at this point I would use these apps to try and find a place. https://www.rvparky.com/, and http://www.rvparkreviews.com/ To start looking That area is prime Snowbird country. I would also look in the Rio Grande Valley (Texas) if you are looking for warm places. Let us know what you find out. Bill
  18. Ken, that is a good setup. I like to run a little water to flush out the campground pipes before I hook the hose to my carbon filer. I have gotten some nasty water when first turning on the campground water. The other thing I didn't see mentioned was a pressure regulator. Bill
  19. When did you make reservations? Bill
  20. Are your jacks hydraulic? You may have low fluid causing the alarm. Bill

Don’t let them put you down by the river. To noisy as there were lots of big speed boats running up and down the river. Look at it on Google Earth. Bill
  22. Ok Ok after a short side trip to the Ozarks you can visit a real Indian Pueblo just to the West of ABQ. Acoma Pueblo and Sky City Cultural Center/Haak'u Museum Haaku Rd, Acoma Pueblo, NM 87034, acomaskycity.org, (505) 552-7861 This is a interesting place and is historically accurate as it has ben continuously occupied since around 1100.
