  1. Welcome to the forum. You might want to re visit your sources for that information. It can also Varey by state and by road in the state. You might find this interesting reading. https://legalbeagle.com/6081429-dot-weight-regulations.html Bill
  2. Mine is on a sliding tray in the first compartment on the passenger side. You can get the trays in any size. I would try to get one that comes out past any overhead obstruction like a slide. It makes it a lot easier to use/acess. Bill
  3. Looking good. Are you going to use it as a towd? Bill
  4. chris021699, welcome to the forum. Call your local Freightliner store. I was over at one near me and the parts store had original equipment Group 31AGM start battery's for $79.00 each. Bill
  5. Like Carl, I have one that came with the coach. I haven't done much with it because I haven't ben on any trips where I needed it and I haven't filled the freezer in my refrigerator. Bill
  6. Huntington National Bank is Who helped me. Call (800) 480-2265, daily 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET. Welcome to the forum. Bill
  7. The wiring diagrams/scamatics I have seen are so rudimentary as to be useless. This applies to most of all the makers. Big chief tablets and crayons is what I see from most of them. I would not let that slow me down if the coach fit your needs. Any competent RV teak can trouble shoot problems and fix them. Bill
  8. In that case you should PULL UP, PULL UP.
  9. Cody Wyoming, Yellowstone and maybe around the Grand Teton National Park. I think we are due in to Gillett on the 7th. Bill
  10. Just kidding, what was it around the 24th of last month you were picking up your new to you trailer? No mention of a trip. The whole country is having weird weather with it over 100 in North Dakota and cooler and wheatear than normal in the south. Deborahheinz, Just remember they are going to have to take those kids home and put up with them and they will have to go back to work and you won't. Bill
  11. I don't think I would qualifi so we will be down the road a little at Santa Fe Skies RV Park towards the end of the month. You are a long way from Wisconsin. Bill
  12. If I thought I was getting un truthful answers from the park where I was looking to buy I wouldn't be buying there. Where else have you looked at wintering? Last Dec. We were at Buckhorn Lake in Kerrville Texas. https://www.buckhornlake.com/ There are places along the Texas coast and I like the hill country. Why not spend some time exploring outher options. Bill
  13. Be carful she might read this!! I can't find the picture I took but I have about 130,000 on my coach and don't think they have ever been changed. They still look to be over 75% left. navyjoe, I was longer than 3 weeks just for a awning. Bill
  14. Like Jim said I would ask the seller and the park. I am wondering on why you would go to Yuma during the summer months? Winter maybe. I have been there and it is HOT. My last trip to that part of the world was we stopped in Phoenix for a week and it was running 112-114. The kicker was they gave the weather forecast for the whole state. The hi in Flagstaff was running in the mid 70s.We left and headed north. Bill
  15. So you now have both sets of pads located/coming in. How are your rotors? I would bet you will never need brake pads again. Pads and brake problems are some of the least common problems I see on the forums especially on diesel coaches. It makes me wonder if your calipers were releasing properly or the previous owner road the brakes to much. Bill
  16. What did Freightliner say when you told them this? Who made your front suspension? Look at the old pads for numbers stamped into the steel backing. Bill
  17. What about all the time you are not boondocking? Water management is a personal goal. Bill
  18. Welcome to the forum. Bigger is better. Try this ask your wife if she would prefer more or less hot water for her shower. Bill
  19. Welcome to the forum and thank you for your service. Bill
  20. kredburn, nice rig. Welcome to the forum. Bill
  21. With everything going on a open range is getting harder to find. Bill
  22. Yes some times even if you have experience you will find things that people have done that just make you go "WHAT" when you figure out what they did. Hope you don't need start battery's but I saw my local Freightliner shop had original equipment start battery's for $79.00 each. Bill
  23. True, can you help him out? I bet if the price was right You could add in a Jeep towed. Bill
