Nice looking rig you got! Depends on where your going to be parked, 50 amp, 30 amp or generator. The elect. sites are more crowded, but you will find a corner of peace...we got a new pup, mini Aussie and we will be there.

Mike, no fear of that, it's a 1985 Ford, 43 hp, diesel, tractor combo. 6' blade and a bat wing bush hog. The other is a Toyota Fork lift, 17' lift 3,000 lbs. 1992 CAT, track dozer/bucket. You use Red in truck or coach & get inspected by any LEO & your in deep trouble...not going to happen!

I would guess 1" to 1.5" thickness. My whole 16' DS slide is coming out this week for a floor re build...have the same system as you, just shorter. I would build several "T" braces out of 4"x4" to support slide, as your moving it. Do it with coach on a flat surface. Place braces under lip of slide and have a helper to move them as the tilt goes away. Make the braces a couple of inches longer than lip to ground.

Welcome. I would start at the post & work my way back to the ATS...as Brett suggested. Progressive is very good, use it myself, but I have had a bad one. Look at the 50A box, any dirt, spider web or obstruction on female side. Male of 50A cord, any discoloration or loose prongs on either end. Then make the same inspection on female at coach end. Another thought is that, where male fits into female on coach, it can be difficult to make a tight connection, if yours is where mine is, easy off but very hard to line up for re connection & to screw on the lock ring, without cross threading! Would help to know, what model Fleetwood you have...mine is an American Coach Tradition by Fleetwood.

In Texas, it's based on weight of coach each year. When you purchased your coach, your one time tax should have been included for the State you bought it in...AR may be lower or higher than what you paid. When I bought my "Used" coach in FL, I had to pay an additional 2% in Texas!

sangerm. I'll go out on a limb and guess that you bought the coach new, in 2010...you became a member in August of 2010. If you have a schematic or picture of how your batteries where wired before you had new one's installed, you might find the problem is a wire on the wrong battery. As mentioned, a dirty or loose ground wire is in most cases the culprit. You didn't mention if the same problem happens, when your on generator.
