  1. CAMPFAR, welcome to the Forum! What are your tires rated at? 65 mph or 75 mph! What's your DOT#? My 315/80's (8) are rated at 75 mph! June,2020. Jimpet, your a long time member, welcome back! Just as a thought, my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, 2 door, Toad weight is, 4,470 lbs & I carry nothing in it. Yeah, it's on steroids! I have a 15,000 lb hitch, on a 45' American Coach.
  2. Probably another case off, "my agent and I hunt & fish together. We are great friends!" or "I have been with them for xx years!" False comfort zone...just saying. I believe the $610 is a typo $!610, should be $1610.
  3. 5 years? No annual? That's better than Montana!
  4. Beaver, takes the TSD card, with a 10 cent roll back per gallon! Love's is a private company from OK...Beaver is a private company from Alvin, TX.
  5. Yup! As always. At $135 an hr...I'm glad I live in Texas! Most I've had to pay was $120 at a Graphics shop!
  6. Never heard of it...I use M&G, no gadgets involved. Nothing inside toad to restrict your foot while driving & nothing to disconnect, just air & electric from coach to toad.

    Tire Pressure?

Since you can't fill the tires at campground, leave with what you have & find a gas station with air hose...after or on the way to your next destination, get a portable air pump!
  8. Dj, we are open to full FMCA membership, have been for 3 years now! All you & your friends got to do, is Goggle FMCA.com or call 1-800-543-3622! GET ON THE WAGON! Wayne, yes we all have 2 different driving styles! I don't like riding with Linda in car, but will fall asleep when she drives the coach!

    Odd Tire Wear

Pop, did you look at DOT # on tires? Your coach is a 2017, your DOT # could easily be a 2015 or 16. I will assume you have IFS...as Joe said about mine & after having 8 new tires put on, I had alignment checked in Canada...caster was way off...now I drive a different coach ! 9,000+ miles since June!
  10. Yikes, it will be in a heated bay for roof & same for paint...bad part for us would be to remove "Everything"! Like moving into a new coach..ugh.
  11. Fleetwood = REV Group = Allied, Parent Company! Herman & Bill E...Agree!
  12. Brett, can you post that CAC picture here? Or PM me?
  13. True...I for one, hate to see the 5 year go. I do understand the reason behind it. I will Vote according to what the majority of the members, in the Chapter I represent want. Personally, I wish I had gotten my L#, 50 years ago...hate bill's! My FMCA Renewal date is 2023, I will get another 5 yrs, before the next GB meeting! I'm 76 now, so I figure I'll hang up the keys by the time I'm 85... Djsamuel, 59 is young to most of us on this Post. 4 years ago, FMCA wanted to bring in towables on the premise that it would increase membership, decrease age (72) off members and lower cost of benefits, like Assist...IMHO, it increased membership, but nothing else! I'm glad we opened it up to other RV's, times change and I now look at 5'ers and pull behinds in a totally new way!
  14. You can also use foam tube's for your water hose, grey & available in any hardware store! We use it on all outdoor above ground pipes.
  15. Jim S. Good point...Joe L. took care of mine in PA. Thanks Joe!
  16. Back on topic...we use Underground app on iPhone...we also found that the RK marine worked great in the Maritime Provinces of E Canada! Same would apply in any coastal area...Free from Apple! We do have a "home" indoor/outdoor weather system, that shows outside/inside/barometric pressure! $40 at ACE Hardware!
  17. Make the call to WB yet? Get a schematic of wiring...you may have a 1999 chassis!
  18. Have had my fair share! 2 last year alone...

    Towing

Ray, ISL 500. HP, torque, transmission & rating on rear axle, all comes into play when you beef up an engine. Per Allison & Cummings, 495HP is the most you can beef up a Cummings 400 & that don't increase the 1250 torque! Why anyone would mess with a DP is beyond me...Rich had a friend that did, but he got a new/different engine/tranny! It was posted about 2 years ago.
  20. Herman & all, agree...only saves a nickle per gallon, but cash still works for me! Linda is getting the TSD.
  21. Welcome to Forum. All the answer's are correct. The problem as Rich suggested is that the coach manufacturer, change the chassis to their own needs, there is no dash when chassis are delivered, just bundles of wires. On my 07' WB DP on your chassis, it was located in a box, under top step!
  22. DD69. It's a fifth wheel trailer...other than a built in or portable generator + fuel tank, how much wattage by Solar Panels would he need?
