Mike. The last time I had my coach serviced, was in Rayne, LA., by Robert of Mobil Lube...He does the coaches for Crusin Cajuns at our annual Crawfish Festival, in April. His partner, Richard, lives in San Antonio and comes to Burnet to do Linda's DP. Great Service!

Mel. Starting in Feb, check on the road system...7.0 quack did a number on roads. We will be going back to Alaska in 2020. I was there by RV 2 times in the 80's and Linda drove up in 98 and 2006. Unless it's a Tour, we travel alone...stay and see, do and take our time as we see fit. We also have friends that live in BC, Canada and Alaska, they all have RV's and extra H/U's. We will be taking the Ferry system back to Washington! I do wish you well on your journey!

I must be one of the few that want the most scenic rout, not the fasts...Why else have a rolling hotel room? Common sense, tells me that I do not want to drive thru the center, of any city, over 20,000 population, unless that is my destination!

John. Rich You do not have a smart steering wheel, you have one with the wiper system on one side and CC on the other. If you feel other buttons, on the underside, they will control your radio channels. I got the same.

I now wonder what else, you have not done in 5 years? What is the DOT number on your tires? How about belt on engine, hoses.

Been there, done that. Way back in 1976 to 1983. Changed filter and a quart every 5,000 miles, for over 60,000 miles, no damage! No synthetic oil used.

Surprisingly in the past 18 years, I have had no blow out. However, between 1967 and 2000, I had so many I lost count. Ray, unless you have had one, you have no idea...You can watch all the staged, professional driver, Videos you want & it will not be anywhere close to the real deal. As FIVE said, you got time to get onto shoulder...The only variable is life experience, that will dictate, how the driver reacts...calm or panic!

The new prepaid works for Linda and I. 2 months now and no slow down at all. What difference does it make, if it's pre paid or not? You pre pay for insurance, coach, car etc.
