  1. Just wanted to clear up something. Very few coaches had 30A in 1978 as most RV Parks only had 15 or 20A. Took a long time before they came out with 50A in Campgrounds! Carl
  2. FIVE, Bill got a little lost. I think he was referencing me about TCC in Pipe Creek...
  3. Make sure they check the depth off the cracks! You said ice, where are you at? Carl
  4. djanderson. Welcome to the Forum! How long and deep is this crack? You should not have one and I would take pictures of it and send a certified letter with copy of photos to Jayco! Service Dept. of Dealer or Factory? Dealer, will probably offer you a new unit, but will charge you the difference between used and new! Your coach became a used unit, when you drove it away from Dealership! Document everything tomorrow, get anything and everything in writing...you can't present a verbal commitment anywhere! Sad, but this has happened before and it can be a long process to resolve. I personally would take unit directly to the manufacturer! Carl
  5. Bill, your right, but it depends upon other factors. Especially if you have a big rig. Rim size vs tire does matter.
  6. Wayne. I guess I left myself wide open for that one!
  7. Wayne. If I had a coach like yours, with all the "small" gremlins you have had, I would have shot it or myself or both a long time ago! In my next coach, I will only have air... Your Quote, say's it all... Carl
  8. Also depends upon BTU's, twin 13,500, or one 15,000 and one 13,500. Carl
  9. A bad bushing perhaps? Had that on this coach last year, cheap part...lots of labor!
  10. Forklift in Conroe? I may agree with your brother? Ron, all kidding aside, all you have done in the past year to your coach is impressive! Running out of things to do? Go play with Blake & his new toy..
  11. Pick on Joe day! We got to remember that most Science classes was not mandatory or perhaps available when he was in High School...he's a pup compared to most of us!
  12. Oh, well. At least your a harmless neurotic ! Just one question. How does you and your young family get fluoride into your system? There's a lot of things that our bodies need for good health, that comes from water and not purified spring water. Carl
  13. Well Blake, how's it going with Fridge? Ronandsue74. Did you replace the fridge with a nice love sofa? Carl
  14. Joe. Brita water pitcher...I use mine at home for coffee. In coach, I agree fully with BillA and Desertdeal. I remember back when you could not drink the water in about 2 dozen Countries (probably still can't) and Tourists would order Bourbon or Scotch on the rocks...Why do I have Montezuma's revenge? Duh ! Carl
  15. Icampaigne. Welcome back to Forum! If your in AZ. yet, have you considered coming to Chandler for the FMCA rally, March 7th? We will have a Meet and Greet, so you can get a real in color look at all our smiling faces instead of a ghost picture! Lots of seminars, entertainment and new friends to meet. I don't know how they base their License fees in AZ. On a coach in Texas, it's by weight...mine is $763 + $7 for inspection and lic. each year! Where ever your based, I hope you enjoy both the US and Canada! If we can help you in anyway, just do a OP. Carl
  16. Ray. Sure glad to find out you made it back to Island safe! I have taken notice off all the storm systems that are coming in on the West coast...lot's of rain/snow! At least CA. got more than enough water and snow pack to last them some. Pump fix is cheap enough. Please keep us posted on Generator, when you know something. Bill, no they are not POS's! But not everyone can afford one! Not saying Ray can or can't, but I can imagine he has enough on his mind with Hana's health. Carl
  17. Well if that is each...Google "Hydro lift"! I would say the rest, but Kay beat me to it.
  18. Wayne, I was on Power Gear Valid yesterday and today, I'm having a recurring problem with my system...09 chassis, 10 coach, 05 PGV. Have air and Jacks, for my heavy 45 footer. $5464 for a new system + labor! Not doing it...but interesting. I just caped of my Jacks part and using air for leveling...prefer it ! Carl
