  1. Wayne. Have heard that before, nice of you to post a positive, we get as you know, negative daily! Dead cell can cause some really strange things to happen...I had 5 in 8 batteries and at the time I was mad, but now I find all the things I chased down, funny! Carl
  2. Mine is the same as Kay, but have no propane, all elect. coach. Height is always on my mind and Keon you need to know what yours is to the highest point of coach from ground. Whip antenna you just have to be aware that it's there, it will bend, your AC, will not ! Carl
  3. Your on the road again...good news! Carl
  4. Ms. Wilkins, Good Luck in your quest. Carl
  5. Agree. I-10 is boring! I stay over just west of Del Rio, then depending upon weather Van Horn, Deming, NM and Tucson, AZ. If it works right, I'll cut of from before Tucson and go to Ajo, AZ, then straight up to Phoenix. If I'm going north of LA. Ca. then Vicksburg to I-40, otherwise its I-8. I do not do I-10 to LA. Shot me first, please!
  6. You can also Google RV roof sealant, repair or caulking...lot's off links to DIY or how to clean and prep, depending on the type off roof you have, rubber, aluminum, fiberglass, etc. Carl
  7. Redwahine. Welcome to the Forum! There is a group that do National event's, I met a couple about a month ago and they where going to Tucson, AZ for a week off competition, then back to El Paso, TX for the World Championship. Go to FMCA.com and click on chapters. If you don't find it there, then Google sporting clays events! Carl
  8. Welcome! Has this happened before? Is it your first tow? Carl
  9. Problem Solved...I was using Google Chrome on my 2010 Toshiba Lap Top. Got rid of Chrome and back on Explorer. No more issues, everything is back to normal. Carl
  10. It would be helpful to know what year, make and model coach you have. Also, what type off roof. Carl

  12. I do the same as FIVE...I also have the outside keys duplicated...most important ones are Fuel, Water and Front door! Go enjoy our beautiful country! Carl
  13. Well my response dissapeard again! Somethings are the same.
  14. Joe. You can't compare OTR with a Motor Home, by using miles as a yardstick! I had 59,000+/- on it...yes, I could have had it cleaned and baked and been without my coach for a 3 month back log, OTR is first in line! Oh, did I mention that the process is also not cheap? Couple of hundred less, than replace and go! How many miles does a OTR put on in a year? Clean and bake is normally good twice, some luck out and get 3, then you get a new one...by then you have paid for 11/2 or 2 new...but that's called tax write off, we don't have that luxury Joe! Carl
  15. I keep getting, fmca took to long to respond, I'm on Forum...not my connection problem. I'm not on WiFi, I'm on a International encrypted line, no one but me can use this line! FMCA something is not right on your end...I get the same message about 1 of 4 times, when I go to FMCA.com! Carl
  16. That forum is pretty good and not all have a Tiffin. The forum is not sanctioned by Tiffin officially I was on it for the 30 months I owned a 2011 Allegro bus! Carl.
  17. If I remember correctly, the OP was looking at something pre 2006. Carl
  18. Bill, you just had to go there, didn't you? I remember picking up the hearing part and getting the local operator, after turning the crank...Norway was behind America, When I got here in 1953...I had party line...ugh! Thanks... Jim, I can't think of the last time I had a clean dollar bill... Do you wash them? Carl
  19. I looked at both the picture above and the one from the web...the web one shows the 5 amp, where the 25 amp is above, which one is correct? Carl

    Road Light

Back 49 years ago ( 1967), we didn't drive with our lights on except at dark thirty. As soon as you put the coach in reverse, your rear lights came on, not the red brake light, but bright white lights. Then in 1981, we had Docking lights. 1 on each side of coach, right behind drive axle and the two back lights. Ever since, we have had the docking lights! In the mid 1980's we got the B and W back up camera! Prior to that, we had a rear window and a rear mirror mounted under the front TV (think small) and a crank antenna...That crashed against tree limbs and had to be replaced...ugh! Carl
  22. John. Did you do a search, as Brett suggested? Carl
  23. At 2010 it's a 09 engine, 2011 it's DEF. I replaced my Particulate filter last January...you can buy several Hundred's of gallons of DEF for that cost ! Carl
