10-4 Carl, have looked for years and can't find hoses that don't have feet. That is why I leave the hose full, then when someone trys to help it walk they get a suprise. Don't you wish you could be able to do that? Herman

****, I haven't heard of this happing in a long time but your new tires might have a bad ply. I had a set of tires that no matter what I did it would not stop wandering. As you have done I had several shops check the alignment and as you said it was always right on. Had a flat on the front, put on the spare and walla it drove as streight as an arrow. Threw those tire away and put on a set of Good Year ATs and never had a problem again. Go back to where you got the Bridgestones and see if they can check out the tires. A tire made wrong can do all kinds of things and none are good. Herman

Has your coach ever been wrecked? Do you have independent front suspension or a solid axle? Is your steering fluid low? Did this just happen to the windshield? How long has the steering been bad? Did all of this just happen at one time? Sorry to ask so many questions but there are a lot of variables here. Let have some more information and maybe there are some answers out there. cebuffett, I am sorry but I will have to dis agree with you. The tank flush unit is designed to put high pressure water on the walls of you tank, thus breaking any caked on "stuff" off and allowing it to go with the flow. How can you close the holding tank and open the gray to mix the two? I do agree that you drain the holding tank first and use the gray to flush the drain hose, but it is still a good idea to ever so often to flush the hose with fresh water. We have a dump at our home and when we return from a trip I will drain the holding tank and use the flush unit several times. I will close the valve and re open is several times. When I see clear water running I will close the valve run several gallons of fresh water into the tank. then go back inside and drop a tablet in just for oder. Then I go back out and drain the gray tank thus flushing the hose. When putting the coach away I will always flush the hose with fresh water before I store the hose. Herman

John, Your situation is akin to selling a car. You too price it high and you can always come down. Price it too low and you can't go up. If your storage unit has enough space and available amperage for a 50 amp breaker go for it. For 30 amp you run 3 wires, for 50 you run 4 plus a different receptacle. Go for the GUSTO. (If you do go 50 and leave your coach plugged in find a way to lock your cord. If it is stolen then you would have a $$ loss.) Herman

It is understood that a tow dolly may be pushed under the back of a coach. However if you have the pleasure of attending an Area or National Rally, I am sad to say you may have a coach pulled in so close behind you there is no room for the dolly and it will need to be parked with the other dollies and trailers. Doing so is not a problem to many folks and are just happy to be there. That being said in today society many families have several vehicles with front wheel drive and the dolly will allow them to tow which ever vehicle they want aka a good point for Dollies. Pixie, Welcome to the Forum. Towed a Wrangler with soft top in the past.On the way home, looked in the mirror and the shreads of the top were flapping all over the place. Bought another soft top and then a hard top. If there is one little flap or crack in the fabric the top will desnigrate. Save your top, put it down and really secure it. Even down is can still catch the wind. Got different coach and traded up to a Yukon 4x4 to tow. Now we tow a 4x4 Silverado. Again Welcome and Happy Rving. Herman

One word of caution. there are two types of Microwave units, one for the counter and another for mounting in a cabinet. From what I understand it has to do with air circulation around the unit. Please advise if you know something different. Herman

Gary, I love the statement on batteries that reads "Maintenance Free". On several occasions when I was replacing batteries, mostly in the truck or car the tech would say 'Did you check the water level?". I would respond "Maintenance Free", duh. Then the smarta678 would pop off the panel over the Batteries. At which point I would respond if that is what your are suppose to do why aren't we told this when we bay the batteries. It this point I smile and he replaces the "lifetime" battery. "Maintenance Free" Herman

novi2some, How did you place your order. E-bay or Amazon? The problem may not have been with Kelly but with where you ordered it and how. Did you get an immediate reply from Pay Pal? Every time I have used Pay Pal I get a response almost before I can close the order. Please don't condemn Kelly Mold, for something they had no control over. Also, I'm not sure where you may be but many items have been slowed to a crawl due to the weather. I am sure Ohio, where Kelly is, hasn't been a cake walk with this weather either. Hope you get you Brackets soon and are able to mount your plaque. Herman

Well said Leary. Bill Roadside Assistance Programs all have their good points and their not so good points. You have FMCA Road Assist, Coach Net, Good Sam's, AAA, and so on. Probably each can not cover every where. They can all provide you with assistance but sometimes it may take hours for the closest provider to get to you. I have Coach Net and have only used them a couple of times. One was for Tech Support and another was for a flat. For the flat, their service was too far away and I called someone close that can out and I sent the Bill to Coach Net and they covered to cost. I have even thought of having more then one service so I may have needed service close by, by one or the other. We had GMAC for a number of years but were able to cut our cost by half by shopping around. Nothing bad to say about GMAC they were always very fair to us. We are now with Safeco, so far no issues. Joe, the one thing you can do is contact Aqua Hot and ask if they have a tech or dealer with a Certified tech in your area. I would always only use a Certified Technician. Good luck and Stay warm. Herman

My bet is that 90% of the city police, county sheriffs and hwy. patrol officer have no idea of what combined length is allowed in their state. Herman

jleamont, Here is what your Aqua Hot should do, when you turn it on and the thermostat is set on furnace. 1) the blower will come on to clear any fumes from the system, (from this you will smell diesel) 2) when the system is clear the burner will fire and begin heating. 3) when the temp is reached the burner will go out. 4) the blower will continue to clear the system of fumes. (from this you may also smell diesel) This will be repeated each time heat is needed. Your unit needs to be service each and every year. Most Area Rallies and both National Rallies will have Aqua Hot Tech to preform the annual service. (be sure and make an appointment) Also each and every month your unit should be run. This will help keep the fuel fresh and the injector clean. Herman

Rich, I just checked Woodall's Report. District of Columbia, 55' (of course we are talking about DC), Missouri 65" (55' if more then 10 miles from a primary or designated Highway) and Maryland 55'. There a few as short as 60', but the rest are 65'+. One state Minnesota 75/70' with 3 states with no Max. Several states allow triples with some restrictions. Woodall's also had Canada listed but I didn't go that far. Herman

Rich, I think we might go back over the list. There are many trucks on the road going through the listed state pulling trailers that are 51' with out the tractor. Herman

Frank, When I changed out our old TV for a Flat Panel I had to search hard to find the right size. We were able to find a 32" Vizio that was just the right width. At the same time I cut back the TV box 7". (no more head knocking) I used the frame to make a filler for the space at top of the TV. I would add pictures but haven't tried to yet and don't know how. I know, I can rebuilt a TV cabinet but not post a picture, go figure. Herman

Bill, I am not sure you really would wash your coach with a genital rain. To do it your way would not be approved by many locations. How ever a nice GENTLE rain might be better. Herman
