So can you please tell us how do we know if the "qualified tire dealer" isn't just trying to make the sale and move us down the road? I think you have a much better chance if you are a informed consumer. What I am talking about is linking the tire on the FMCA list to that tire on the manufacturers website. Look at the Hankook list of tires. They don't tell you what load range the tire is. I think they could have someone buy the wrong tiers because they are looking at price only and go to " a qualified tire dealer" and he sells them what customer ask for. Bill

Small bedroom community that kept growing and moving upscale. Well they didn't have a downtown and the city hall was in a old building and to small. So they hired a big name architect and built a down town and town square. I posted this in the little pop up window but am repeating it here. The Hankook listing is next to useless. There is no way to tell what the load range is on the different tires. Maybe you can add a link to that tire on the company's website. That wouldn't hurt for all the tires. Right now there are several people on the forums that are confused about the tire information. If there are 2 posting I bet there are 200 who don't post. These are people we may lose because they are unhappy with the service. Bill

Welcome to the forum. I haven't driven that route. It looks like about 385 miles on google maps. It did look like a fairly nice 2 lane road but a little narrow. I would use RV park reviews and RV-Parkey to look for places to stay. Someone will probably be on later who knows the area better. Bill

Something new. Never seen one never seen or heard of one before. I also have never had a problem with anything outher than oil vapor being sucked into my radiator.(fixed that) Never read about anyone having a problem with things hitting their radiator. If this is factorey I would rate it right along with the swinging rubber flap that is more for advertising than protection. That can be attributed to causing more damage than it prevents. Bill

Welcome to the forum. Yes I know about how fast you can burn through propane when it gets cold out. Adding a extend a stay is pretty simple if you are at all handy with tools. Not yet Herman but working on it. Till we got tasked with hosting a rally We had never stayed in a park close to home. The usual first stop after leaving was Little Rock, Amarillo, Houston, or Odesa. We have visited more of the local campgrounds now. Mostly with the objective to see if they would be a good place to hold a rally, not if they would be "That Great Place to Stay" Most of the time they are the same though. Bill
