  1. I changed sizes 1, because Continental doesn't make a 255/80R22.5 the second reason I couldn't get load range G so I got load range H. Bill
  2. Using a tirecomparitor like this one will let you know how much the size changes. https://tiresize.com/comparison/ I just went from 255/80R22.5 to 275/80R22.5 with no problem. Bill
  3. I agree with Wayne, If you look the real seals are on the lip of the slide inside and out. Bill
  4. Welcome to the forum. There are several people with Sprinter based RV's on here hopefully they will chime in. I have no direct experience. Let us know what you find out. Bill
  5. Welcome to the forum Bob. Good advice so far. Let us know about the above questions. Bill
  6. You might look at the RGV this year. Bill
  7. Have you tried running a cleaner/conditioner like Diesel Kleen? Sometimes erratic idle can be caused by a dirty fuel system. Bill
  8. I have stayed here a couple times. Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, 2711 W Windmill Ln, Las Vegas, NV 89123 oasislasvegasrvresort.com, (800) 566-4707 Bill
  9. Jo there is nothing in your shopping cart. Bill
  10. Glad you got it fixed. Bill
  11. I would start with Freightliner. I recommend an all wheel alignment. My rear axle was out of alignment from the factory. http://www.freightlinerofmaine.com/ Bill

    Inverter

All the ice makers I have seen in RV refrigerators are 120V. If you are running the refrigerator on propane you still need 120V for the icemaker. Brett, Herman, I must drive smoother than you do as I haven't had a problem with sloshing the water out of the icemaker in my new residential refrigerator. Yes I think it could. Bill
  13. Well I never had one of those fancy coaches with a central vacuum. I bought a Hoover windtunnel with the pivoting head. I think it does a better job than the Dirt Devel central units I have seen. Bill
  14. Good luck, keep us updated. Bill

    Inverter

The one other thing you may need the inverter for is if you have a RV refrigerator with an ice maker. You can run the fridge on propane when going down the road however you need 120V to power the icemaker. Bill
  16. What size tire are you running. I used a Acme tow dolly for a couple years with no problems. I don't remember what the ply rating was but it was fairly high. You might call them. https://cartowdolly.com/product/12-spare-tire-only-no-wheel/ Bill
  17. It goes back to that old saying, just because you can doesn't mean you should. I have watched people driving their coaches round and round looking for some pace to park. Worse yet driving there coaches in parks like the Smokies. Where the roads arn't wide enough to safely pass on coming traffic. Bill
  18. Please report back what your results are. I would use double the recommended dose for the first tank. Bill
  19. rpelatt, Try running Diesel Kleen at about 50% above the listed ratio for a few tanks. Bill
  20. Welcome to the forum. Nothing wrong with being interested in MPG. I pay close attention to my milage. This gives me a baseline so if there is any major change I know something needs attention. As it has been said by others, it doesn't matter gas or diesel they get 5-9 MPG. One interesting thing is as engines have evolved they have gotten more fuel efficient. However as this has happened they have gotten bigger and heavier so the milage has stayed about the same. The one exception to this is when they started to use DEF they were able to improve milage. The main reason is they were able to undo some of the changes for emission requirements. One big one is they cut down on how much exhaust gas is re circulated in the EGR system from around 35% to 4-5%. Bill
  21. On my little 5.9 the hose for the air compressor comes off the 90* elbow just at the intake not before the turbo. There is a possibility of moving the air intake for the compressor further upstream from where you might install the propane injector. I seriously doubt it would backflow very far against the intake charge. One outher thing on my engine they show to drill into the intake on the short piece just before the casting. Well I have had that apart and it has a convoluted inner liner to diffuse the EGR gases going into the intake charge. Bill
  22. I like my Brake Buddy because I got it used and cheap. By the way welcome to the forum. I don't have a protective shield and can't point to any damage caused by towing. Bill
