  1. Welcome to the forum. Where in Ohio are you leaving from? I was in the area this summer. A little more description of the roads and location would help. There are definitely roads you don't want to take the coach on. Bill
  2. Yes, do a search for the date and time of the meet and greet. I believe it is Mar 8, 4:45 at Seminar 2 I have to agree with Bill A. I had a dolly for a couple of years. I now tow 4 down, it would be real hard to get me to go back. Bill
  3. But if he followed directions it will be a verrey sanitary trip. Bill
  4. Look here for your fix of pierogies http://dfw.cbslocal.com/top-lists/best-pierogies-in-dfw/ But don't forget to sanitize your water system first. See I am staying on topic. Bill
  5. Welcome to the forum. Did you find out what caused it to fry? Bill
  6. Welcome to the forum. There are a lot of variables involved. The newer AC units don't draw as much current as some of the older units. They also start by starting the fan before the compressor so the load at start up is less. I was surprised how low the amp loading on my load center display was running both. I think it was only about 22amps. Bill
  7. From what I have seen so far Michelin better look out. The savings look much better. Bill
  8. The thing most people don't understand is if you travel. That is with a capitol period. You are being exposed to different microbes. Do you eat out, do you buy food when on the road? Have you ever eaten any fresh produce in your coach or out at a restaurant when traveling? The bottled water may not be as pure as some think. http://courses.washington.edu/h2owaste/assignments/ExtraBottled Water.pdf Yes I have some bottled water in the fridge because it is convenient to use the bottled water when going on side trips because I can just dispose of the bottles (properly of course) and not be carrying an empty container around. Bill
  9. Good job Jerry and thank you for your service. Bill
  10. What temperature does it "derate" at Corona4me? Where did you find this information? Bill
  11. Yes if the second AC starts good on shore power then that eliminates that possibility. Hard to diagnose things remotely. Yes running a rich mixture of seafoam using a separate supply like a gas can can't hurt. The blowing carbon on your hand could just be caused by the choke making it run rich till it warms up and cuts the choke off. Bill
  12. I was thinking about a pre 2007 Foretravel or Newell or do you consider them POS's too? Bill
  13. I can't recommend the rebuild yet either. What amp load does your Intellitec system show when running one AC? Have you tried to add outher loads besides the 2ed AC? Try adding some loads like a small heater, start on low and see what the load is on your Intellitec system and if the generator can handle it and the AC. Then go to hi setting on the heater and see what the readings are on the Intellitec system and let us know what they are. Add on thought. Try running the second AC by itself and see if it will run and what the amp load is. I had the stray thought it could be a problem with the second AC possibly a bad start capacitor causing a heavy load at startup. Bill
  14. Congratulations on your new coach. Glad you checked about the trailing arms problem. Now you should add your coach to your signature, here is how. Click on the three-horizontal bars in the top right side of the page. Click on account. Click on account settings. Then click on signature. You will get a box to enter information that will be public and show up in your signature. Don’t put information like phone number or home address. The state and town would be ok. When you are done click on save. You can look at what others have in their signature. Having some info about your coach will help when you ask questions in the future as you won’t have to re add it each time. Have you looked at any local chapters? Where are you located? Bill

  16. Can you do anouther update/down load? Bill
  17. I would look at the Michelin advantage program. you can get discounts on Michelin and BF Goodrich tires. I bought tires for my toad this year and saved about $190.00. Look at the instructions on the main web site. https://www.fmca.com/benefits/michelin-advantage.html Bill
  18. Glad to know you found the problem. Goes to show, sometimes it isn't any of the common items, battery voltage, solenoid, or connections, sometimes it realey is a bad starter. Bill
  19. They do high quality work too. Go look at some of their conversions. Bill
  20. I would have to wait a long time because the low air buzzer won't shut up till air preshure comes up. Bill
  21. Why? After you go through the proper sanitizing procedure it will probably be better than what you have at home. I have a filter on the inlet hose and a filter on the water dispenser faucet. Yes I will check out the water where I am camping before hooking up. Several times I have gotten a wad of rusty water when I first turn on the faucet. Bill
  22. Are you waiting for the "wait to start" light to go out? Have you tried holding down the "battery connect switch"? Bill
