  1. Ray the one thing good about it is it would probably be easier to work on the roof units than the basement ones. Bill
  2. I would be carful, remember she is back on the forum. Bill
  3. Glad you got it fixed. Welcome to the forum. Bill
  4. Yes, Framingham is a city in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the United States. Incorporated in 1700, it is within Middlesex County and the Metro West subregion of the Greater Boston metropolitan area. Wikipedia. Framingham? dbenoit, I bet it is a family thing. Most people would say they were going to Boston. Bill
  5. I think the newer ones in Ray's link are better made. Yes I have seen several problems with the plastic fans breaking. It isn't all that hard to replace it but they should last better. Bill
  6. Paulpieroni@yahoo.com, welcome to the forum. Congratulations on your new Entegra. Yes I agree the sooner you go the better. Things will get hectic after school is out. Have you scouted a rout? I would take I-20 to Birmingham then I-22 to Memphis to pick up I-40 west That will take you to Williams AZ. I agree with Herman, don't overdo it on 200-300 miles is a long day especially starting out with a new/new to you RV. It can be more stressful till you get more use to it. I have found that you will average 50 miles a hour not counting breaks /lunch. So 300 miles is 6 hours driving more like 8 with breaks/lunch. I NEVER like to arrive/set up after dark. Here are some tools to help you plan your trip. RV Parky is a good tool to find places to stay and plan routs. http://www.rvparky.com/ Gas Buddy You can down load it from your app store. Find cheap gas and you can record your gas/fuel expenses. You can look ahead and see what the prices are where you are headed . It helps plan fuel stops. I would try to get a EFS diesel discount card before you leave. RV park reviews is a good tool to see what other people think about a place. http://www.rvparkreviews.com/ NPS you can look up things to see/points of interest. https://www.nps.gov/index.htm You can also see what campgrounds are available in the different parks. Also look at getting a pass and if you are 62 or older definitely get a Senior Pass it is a $100.00 Lifetime pass that covers everyone in your car. https://www.nps.gov/planyourvisit/passes.htm You may have to wait till you get to your first park they have a great way to record the parks you have ben to. It is called a Passport, you buy it in the visitor’s center, it kind of looks like a Passport but you add stickers and stamp the date and time you were at the park. One other thing you need is get a Passport America discount card. This is a tool to help campgrounds fill empty spots during the week or slow times. Each campground sets the time and discount but most times it is 50% and some places 3-4 days. We saved about $450.00 last year. I think I got my $44.00 back. http://www.passport-america.com/ For navigation, I highly recommend CoPilot. We have used it for several years and it does a great job. The big benefit is you can down load maps when you have Wi-Fi and it doesn’t use data. I have it on the phones and on my tablet. The tablet gives a bigger picture to see and follow. I like Yelp when on the road to see what places there are and to get reviews, see menus. Who wants to drive 2000 miles to eat the same fast food stuff you have at home. Oh Ranger, is a park locater for those hidden gems like Antelope Island in the grate Salt Lake. Rest Stops, is a good app. You might look at the apps for all the big truck stops Pilot Flying J, Loves, or get the ALLSTAYS Big Truck Stops. Any questions let me know. Bill
  7. I think I would be talking to the manager about fixing or getting you a better site. They may have a tractor with a blade that could move some of that dirt around. After all you are spending some serious money with them (seasonal) not just overnight. But that is what you get for being Wicked Nauti. Where in Main is this? We are going to be up that way later in the season. Bill
  8. Scott89128, I just want to add this. You can get the dimensions for your current refrigerator from their website and outher are listed in adds online. Bill
  9. I am not a fan of a cover. I think it would keep heat in and the biggest problem would be dust getting under it and scuffing up your paint. Bill
  10. Welcome to the forum. I would do a lot of measuring. I wanted to do that switch with a Samsung on my last RV but it was 3" to tall to fit. I ended up with a smaller Sears unit. Just make shure it will fit before you buy it. I didn't have all the help Herman had so I had the sears delivery guys set it inside.( I told them it was a RV beforehand) They had to take the door's off but it went in pretty good. My old coach was a Bounder 38N. Bill
  11. This is where Carl was hanging out today. He might be on one of the carts, I don't know. https://www.facebook.com/nirvc.corp/videos/190667619563942 Bill
  12. Looking good. Not to far from the house because you arn't towing the Mustang.😉 Getting out some ware is always good. Bill
  13. Welcome to the forum. While that sounds like a great way to do it. I don't think you will find any shop with a bunch of pre made hoses. I may be wrong. Why not call a couple shops in the Houston area and ask them if they have a inventory and details on how to do it. Let us know what you find out. Bill
  14. Welcome to the forum. I have had to get a drop hitch to make the tow bar within limits. Didn't nessacarely apply only to the Edge. Bill
  15. I would make my reservations NOW for balloon fest. That is a amazingly busy time in that area. Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post is one of my favorite places to stay in ABQ http://www.enchantedtrails.com/. Bill
  16. Well I wonder what happened to the OP jbarringer? Bill
  17. Wayne, you just don't understand the engineers drew it up and that is how it is. Bill
  18. Welcome to the forum. Where are you and where are you headed for your first trip? I bet you are excited. Bill

Then 15 north to Tetons/Yellowstone area then east on 90 to Massachusetts. From Massachusetts go south to I-40 and go west. Bill
  20. Keon, On my Bounder I put Continentals and was happy with how the did. On this coach I have Toyos and they have been good. Five, I am generally opposed to putting different make and model tires on anything. I had a bad experience on a car when I did that. It drove realey squirrely and wanded all over. Finley found a tire guy that explained that the different tread and tire compounds reacted differently to steering input and difference's in road surface. Changed out 2 of the tires so they were all the same and it settled down and drove great again. Bill
  21. Go to the main site/ my account / My Settings/ then My Password. Bill
  22. Not me I buy it at the feed store. Bill
  23. Ray that is great advise it probably should be part of annual maintence just so you have a good contact. Bill
  24. I think they are a good investment. However they are not a surge protector. You can still get damage from low voltage because the autoformer does not shut off power if it drops to low. Welcome to the forum. Bill
