The biggest thing FMCA can do is build and promote local chapters. I think the focus should be more like 50% on rally development. If you don't build friendships and comradery at the lowest level you will not grow and you will not retain members. For example I would have been very unlikely to go to Minot last summer if friends from our local chapter weren't going. We are in a period of amazing growth in the RV world. You can save some money by looking for used equipment. I found a Blue Ox tow bar and a Brake Buddy for under $500.00. I spent $35.00 to have the towbar rebuilt and certified by Blue Ox at a rally before I had anything to tow 4 down. I also saved some money by negotiating the base plate and wiring on the toad when I bought my 2014 CR-V. So my CR-V came from the dealer ready to hook up and go. Bill

That article focuses before June 2020. Things were just starting to go nuts. All the big dealers are selling all kinds of RVs as fast as they can get them in. This is used as well as new coaches. Go look at how many coaches on sites like National Indoor RV Centers are marked "pending". The same for PPL Motorhomes and MHSRV. Just saying this may not be the time to be looking for a cheap/deal. All I can tell you is from personal experience. It will continue as long as it fits the narrative of those reporting on it. A week ago Saturday I got to see first hand. I spent the afternoon in The emergency room and intensive care of Harris HEB one of the bigger hospitals in the Fort Worth Dallas area. So where were all the people the press was showing on the news? ER was slow with only about 5 rooms occupied(out of say 20+) the same with intensive care. Interesting perspective to be watching the news reporting on the terrible conditions with patients stacked in the halls and be able to look down the hall and say WHERE ARE THEY. My attending doctor was worried it was slow because people were scared by the news and were waiting to long to get care. So if you "think" you might have a problem GO get checked out. Ok my problem was the medicine my doctor changed was lowering my blood preshure and heart rate to the point I was feeling dizzy. Changed it back and now ok. Bill

Yes, it is normal for your air preshure to varrey. The question is how fast does it change? Does it drop fairly rapidly when you are just sitting with the engine running? Bill

I wouldn't do any compression increases because you can't get good enough gas to run. All the current stuf is to low octane. Wilmotte, In one of the threads you were talking about rebuilding the motor. Why does it have problems? Before you do anything else you need to check the date codes on the tires. Bill

Replace it with pex. If there is room just run anouther line. It may have the old gray looking lines(I don't remember what it is called) They get brittle and crack. I would look at replacing it wherever possible with pex. Bill

Looks like he is hung up on the hitch. I almost did that at my sisters old place in Erie. They had a fairly deep gutter and a pretty good hill up their driveway. The bad part is the driveway was guarded by brick columns so you had to hit it pretty much straight on. I hit it going a little fast because I was afraid it would drag. YES it did. I left a realey stylish J in the street that is probably still there. Bent the hitch so I had to replace it. Bill

Just did a little reading and if you have the trailering package it should have tow/haul mode. Look at pages 9-26,27 in owners manual. Button is supposed to be under the climate controls. Bill
