I can't speak to Magnum inverters, however Xantrex invertors installation instructions show how to mount one on the ceiling, they have 2 internal fans for cooling. One runs constantly, the other is on a temperature switch.

Guys, IMO $75/year is a great buy, it not only covers FMCA annual dues, included is the FMCA Assist program. Rather than make a feeble attempt to explain this service, I recommend you go to the home/Assist page and download the Assist details. If you were to purchase this service as a stand-alone program it will cost over $200/year at the minimum level. We feel the Assist program is vital at our ages and state of health. The Roadside Assistance program is a voluntary stand-alone contract, and was IMO under-valued from the beginning, FMCA was making-up some of the premium out of dues, When SafeRide raised premiums 3X the original amount, FMCA was left no choice but to raise dues to stay solvent.

If your Sirius radio has power the advertising channel will work, no subscription needed for that. When you go to their website you create an account, select your plan, pay with CC; no need to talk with someone who speaks English as a second language. You should have gotten a free one-year subscription with your new MH radio with Sirius integrated.

As previously alluded to, there is a reason for the large grille outside the radiator "sandwich"; to place any obstruction next to the grille hinders engine, transmission, hyd oil, and turbocharged air cooling. Only you may decide which is a priority, MH health or hauling the electric bike.

I did notice the only black industrial foam in the 2nd link is an adhesive foam.

Remember when, this road atlas is from the 1950's, published by Rand McNally. The Texas gas tax was 5.5¢

Wayne, we did advance refills/vacation refills for our scripts-(3 months max) when we were wintering in Florida. We never had an issue with obtaining that, just phone Express-Scripts and ask for the service. I tried to time it so we just received our regular 3-month supply, then requested the vacation advance. That gave us about a 5 month supply. Express-Scripts is long-term meds, 3 months received at a time for one $10 co-pay. Normal time between order and receipt is 2 weeks. As to narcotics, that depends on your home state regulations. I just now phoned ES customer service and asked about Indiana, the lady looked-up the state regs and explained in detail the procedure, since hopefully DW will be able to travel by early winter.

Mike, IMO the biggest problem is cylinder heat. Aluminum begins to melt at 1,220°F; pistons are aluminum, and oll-cooled. With a pyrometer in the exhaust manifold, 1300° is the maximum temperature, then an immediate back down of the throttle is required. Without a pyrometer in the exhaust manifold one is flying blind, so to speak. In case you do decide to increase HP and torque, this is the maximum ratings for Allison transmissions.

Ugh Should we buy a Extended Service Plan
rayin replied to natinsky's topic in Extended Service Policies
I consider wholesalewarranties.com the top extended service contract source; they are an independent agent and find you the best deal. They are the only ESC retailer I know of that requires detailed information and an inspection of the RV prior to issuing a contract. -
Virtually any hardware store sells 1/2"NPT nylon plugs. I carry 2 spares, JIC.

I would suspect he has the problem rectified between 2015 and now.

Keep in mind, commercial insurance for renting-out the RV might be to high to make this proposition viable. Most private RV policies do not cover a commercial venture like renting it out. I'm not trying to be a wet-blanket, just a fact to consider.

The one in Indianapolis was called a 50 Anniversary too. I live 70 miles from the fairgrounds, and still have the magazine with the sign-up page. We didn't sign-up because we were saving for our Maritimes trip in '14.

Could towing my Fusion have damage my front end?

I receive a daily email of followed items. The setting is in the, well, settings. This is the header: Hi RayIN, Here's the new content from your followed items for the past day. — FMCA RV Forums – A Community of RVers -
Herman , I read on this or another RVing forum: "I feel like I'm 16 again, gas is cheap, and I'm grounded". The hardest thing on a diesel engine is non-use, they are designed to run under a heavy load. We need to get some wheel rolling!

Driver license for RV driving or towing?
rayin replied to tireman9's topic in Laws and Legislative Action
FMCA forums was broken for a short time a few days ago; one of the IT folks fixed it quickly, because I went to get a glass of water, came back- it it was working. -
Tire "rubber" is porous, that's why there is an air-tight liner inside every tire. Perhaps this is a poor analogy, but consider how a termite can get through a concrete block, then think of water and outer tire material. Sorry, this is the limit of my knowledge of pneumatic tires. Herman, It's called a plug patch, it is the only approved repair for truck tires now. Any tire that has been temporarily "plugged" with the stuff that looks like rope, must forever carry a reduced load capacity.(again to the best of my limited knowledge) Only this is a permanent repair: We remember tire boot patches for sidewall repair from decades ago, today they are only for non-automotive tires, like farm equipment, bicycles; ie: tires with tubes.

Gluten-free? I can try, if I can remember to buy beer yeast, hops, and gluten-free wheat and barley next month when we go to town again. Oh, the beer supplies store is closed, apparently I'm SOL. DW wants me to try that new Corona lite beer anyway- 90 calories, I got her message.

Got it, thanks guys. That pdf website i linked does not have hot links to state websites, but it appears to be the same as changing gears, which BTW has an excellent towing calculator,
