  1. Just a bit. Nothing sticking any where.
  2. Rick, Try and make plans on going to the FMCA National Rally in Gillette Wyoming next summer (July 18th to 21st). David and Loretta Marlowe have some really nice thing set up for the kids to do. It would be a good place to take your Grand Kids. Herman
  3. The National Weather Service says that it is 27 degrees here in Beaumont. and is supposed to be around 41 today. Have snow on the top of the truck but can't see if it stuck to the ground. Herman
  4. The last post under my name was done by the IT dept,. helping me. It had me confused for a bit trying to recall making the post. When I was trying to go to the Forum I got a message saying "Complete Your Profile". Dan helped me clear my cookies and the message went away. Thank you Dan, Herman
  5. Dan Peebles logged in as Herman Mullins working a help desk ticket. Not actually Herman Mullins test test test
  6. Carl, You are right back in 1949, but now you can't remember last night. Herman
  7. Tom, Just had the front of our Monaco repaired by James at Xtreme in Nacogdoches, TX. Only cost $500.But I did have a have a BooBoo on the front end. James convinced the insurance company that he could not match the paint with the clear coat on. Looks great. Herman
  8. Blake, I remember that the bottom step had metal under it since the Kwikee step was attached to it. I will check this Spring when it is warm enough to crawl under and look. I do plan on redoing our entry soon. I would like to use the same tread Erniee used on yours with Mirror finish S/S. Said it before and will say it again. "ERNIEE does beautiful work!" And Now Happy New Year to all !!!!! Herman
  9. Linda and Carl have two wonderful old dogs. But it has been several years since either of them were able to use Carl's watering bowl. (snik) They have moved to a bowl on the floor and Carl to a larger Wine glass with handles. Herman
  10. Jeff, You have continued to repeat yourself time and time again both here and on the last topic that was closed. You are being condescending to anyone that does not agree with you. Keep it up and this topic will also be shut down. Now please, you said that you had enough signatures to have it put on the Gillette Agenda. Now lets get back to the reason for this Forum, to help others with issues. Thank you and I will now step down off my soap box.
  11. Peggy, Welcome to the Forum. There have been a number of folks here that tow or have towed the MKZ. I assume it has to be kept under 65 MPH and should be started ever so often. One thing that I do know is it is best that the tow bar is no higher or lower than 3 to 4 inches from level You can get a dropped hitch for your receiver. M & G Engineering has a new braking system (2.0) that will work on the MKZ. Also Air Force One has a system also. Auxiliary Brake System, DON"T LEAVE HOME with one. Good Luck Herman
  12. One thing people forget is the radio. Even when the radio is off the memory card is still drawing so as to not loose the clock and presets. Herman
  13. Blake, I have had my step cover out before. What I can not remember is the wood of the entry steps over sheet metal? If so then the 1/2 inch plywood ( that is what it looks to be ) should be suffice to carry the weight. IMHO Herman
  14. Agree with the Pink in the Gray & Black tanks, however it would be the Fresh Water tanks I was referring to, as it is under the two holding tanks. As with a ham , "The closer to the bone the better the Meat." "The closer to the ground the colder the feet (snik). Herman
  15. bgreen, Take a look on the left side of the passengers seat. there should be two levers. One is for the rotate and the other is for recline. Both of these are connected from the lever to there respective job. Take a look at the back of the two levers and their cables. Your recline lever cable may be stuck. May need one of two things. One just a bit of spray lube or two replacement of the cable. If second then a call to Flexsteel is in order. Herman
  16. Five, I hope you aren't angry. Typing entirely the a bold font sometime indicate anger. Bold Font is mainly used to High Light a item or point. Herman
  17. Warranty may be the thing to look into. The Picture shows a Test Date of 12/05/16. It wouldn't hurt to check. It would be like giving Chicken Soup to a Dead Man, "It may not Help, But it Can't Hurt". Herman
  18. So many thing going through my head that I can't post. Brett would put me so far back in time out I would not see day light for a month. Where we lived for better than 40 years the High School was know as McKinney High School. The sporting goods stores would order University of Michigan Ball Caps. Blue and Gold "M", Same as McKinney's colors. Herman
  19. Ron, My only suggestion would be to heed everyone that has been to Canada with a TEXAS tag. Leave the guns at home, even if is a toy. The Canadians feel that every on in Texas still packs a Six Shooter. Herman
  20. Roland, That's a very good question. To or Not to. In the past before I our insulated Barn/garage I would winterized the coach by draining the water tank and hot water tank, blow out the water lines and put Pick RV Antifreeze in all drains, toilet and holding tanks. As far as the heater in the Water Bay, I would be concerned about it tipping over going down the road. Plus I am not sure that when driving down the Highway with temps. in the single digits how cold the water tank would get from the hwy. Lots of variables here. My only thought would be to turn on every heater you have, bundle up, cross your legs and head South as fast as the law will allow. Be safe. Herman
  21. Rich, We had a Rally in Burleson, just south of Ft. Worth, TX. We had an Ice Storm topped with Snow. Folks were finally able to get on the road by Wednesday morning. One fellow was driving home which was less the 50 miles. The ice on the top of his coach flew off and landed on top of his hood and windshield. The hood and windshield both had to be replaced and repaired. State police have a good reason for not taking kindly to flying ICE. Stay Safe and Warm. Herman
  22. You may say Go Saints if you preface with NO. In New Orleans Saints. Herman
  23. No Jeff, I think jimnorman want you to mail him the proposals. Herman Sorry Jeff, the Devil made me do it.
  24. Brett, Again I quote Edith and Archie "Those were the Days". Herman
