  1. No problem, stay warm and enjoy the trip. PS you can also leave the water heater on so you can have hot water to wash your hands after "rest stops". Bill
  2. That looks great. That will help someone later on who is having the same problem. Bill
  3. Some outher Route 66 items. ABQ is big on R66. https://independenttravelcats.com/finding-historic-route-66-in-albuquerque-new-mexico/ Spent a couple days at this old R66 motel/RV park while exploring The Petrified Forest National Park out near Holbrook, AZ sunvalleyrvresort.com. Old original sines and original buildings. Little rough but authentic 66. Stayed in the Rv so it didn't matter what the rooms were like. Bill
  4. Welcome to the forum. I would do some more research. As Jim said Route 66 is no longer an official highway. Much of itis hidden under I-40 but there are some places you can drive the old road. https://www.theroute-66.com/attractions.html Bill
  5. Richard, have you checked the actual temp with a IR thermometer? Bill
  6. I would call the help desk. FREIGHTLINER: Gaffney help desk: 1-800-385-4357 1-800-FTL-HELP its answered 24/7/365. You will need the last four of your VIN. Bill
  7. Yes if you can't find it ask one of the young guys where the "skateboard" tape is. Bill
  8. It does sound like someone accidentally pumped the DEF into the diesel tank. Bill
  9. Not enough data. What make coach, what chassis, what year? It would make things faster and easier if the information was in your signature. See mine or some of the others. Bill
  10. Welcome to the forum. Have you checked the switches by the door? Have you looked at the troubleshooting document linked above? Bill
  11. just a thought, have you checked the drain on the bottom of the water separator filter? It could be open enough that fuel can't get out but air can get in. Bill
  12. Welcome to the forum. You might look hear. https://www.techwebasto.com/ Bill
  13. If I took the time to point out all of carl's little quirks I wouldn't have time for anything else. Now before Carl gets all of us put in time out for thread wander. I wonder what was wrong with the generator. 🤩 Bill
  14. Sounds like you found a good deal. Welcome to the forum. What was wrong with the generator that it needed to be replaced? Hope you were able to save some money on tiers using the FMCA tire program. Bill
  15. I would say you shouldn't have a problem. The fan will not run 100% of the time unless it is extremely cold out. Do a test run, see what the charge is after one night. Bill
  16. Now the project is to stop the leak. Bill
  17. I have seen a storage tube, I don't know if it was the same one but it was attached under the rear bumper. Like Kay said make shure it is largenough that your hose and end fittings fit. Bill
  18. It does sound like the check valve. they get stuck from water deposits and just because.😐 Bill
  19. I am shure it was as sincere as heart felt as the presentation for the extended warranty. When I bought my CR-V when they got to the Paint protection, upholstery protection and extended warranty. I told them NO you did such a great job selling me on how reliable and dependable Hond's are I can't imagine needing the add on protection. Bill
  20. Wayne, I have already paid my property taxes in Johnson CO. I have a fairly good handle on it. Roland, would be the one that will have to learn the in and outs of the tax situation. Like I posted earlier it would be easier to go to the county they are interested in and get up todate information. One add on is when you get your appraisal you can always file an appeal to get it lowered. Bill
  21. Welcome to the forum. Just make sure you follow the instructions on getting ready to tow. Where are you headed? Happy Thanksgiving! Bill
