  1. I set my pressure cold and don't care if it warms up. Having the extra 10# will help protect you if the temperature drops. I would be much more worried about running on underinflated tires than ones set properly when cold and go up because of temperature increases. Bill
  2. I replaced my start batteries 2 years ago with OEM group 31 batteries from thee local Freightliner store. I asked last month and they still had them on sale for $69.95 each. 925 CCA at 0* and 1110 at 32* They seam to be holding up. Bill
  3. Welcome to the forum. I have heard the map program would drain a battery pretty fast. I thought about getting it but it came as a "package" that was way to much for something I had on phone and on my tablet free. Bill
  4. Welcome to the forum. I hate to tell you that this just won't do. We need details. Nice coach by the way. Also if you put your coach and some other info in your signature you will get better answers when you ask questions. Bill
  5. That isn't that bad of gas mileage. You won't loose much towing. I would talk to Bully Dog and see if they have a application for you. Make shure they know it is for a motorhome not a pickup. Let us know what you find out. Bill
  6. No problem for a stepper. Let us know what you find. Bill
  7. Welcome to the forum. That is why I have never stayed there. Bill
  8. Welcome to the forum. I am towing a 2014 CR-V all wheel drive. You need to do/repeat the initial set up after 8 hours. I often start my car when we stop for lunch and before pulling out do the set up. (don't forget to pump your brakes to deplete the brake boost when you do this or when you do your initial set up to tow) I do run it through all the gears and GO INTO NEUTRAL FROM DRIVE ONLY or you will damage the transmission. I don't pull the fuse and haven't had the battery go dead. Well ok one time when we stopped over night in the rain and I didn't turn the car off. But other than that if you have any questions just ask. Bill
  9. Congratulations, now you need to update your signature. Bill
  10. Where are you talking about trimming? Where it goes into the receiver on the coach? That won't get you any where because the top receiver is hitting the coach and won't allow you to move the hole forward to pin up. Carl, how does that help the OP. He already has the part. Bill
  11. Like Herman said the plug on the hot water heater is easy to remove. I am pretty shure it is plastic. Be shure to turn the hot water heater off first. This is a good time to flush all the sediment out of the bottom of the hot water tank. You should have low point drains for both hot and cold in the area by the water pump or in the wet bay not far from the city water connection. Bill
  12. Welcome to the forum. Are your ball joints, tierode ends worn out? I heard of some one cleaning and greasing them and wrapping with shrink tape as a replacement to the dust covers. If they are still good I would try that first. Actually on thinking about it I would do the tape first then grease. Bill
  13. All I see is a bunch of knee jerk reaction to a non event. So please explain what will change. All I see is a bunch of knee jerk reaction to a non event. Bill
  14. With no more info it sounds like a bad ignition switch. Bill
  15. Welcome to the forum. Just wondering, if you don't want to be a associated with tow behind's why are you a Elite member in the GS club? How exactly is this going to effect the Thor Diesel Owners Club? They would have to buy a Thor Diesel to park next to you at a Thor Diesel Owners Club Rally Once more I will state that I see this as a "non event". Where are the hordes of people begging to be let in? When it is all said and done I bet there are fewer than 400 new members with tow behind trailers on the books in a year. Bill
  16. Hi Rick and welcome to the forum. Yes I see the problem. This should be the easiest way to fix it. https://www.blueoxtowbars.com/products/6_quotTrailer_Hitches,BX88265 Bill
  17. I had Coach Net and they did a good job. The problem is they doubled in price so I went with the FMCA service. Haven't needed them so have no report on how they perform. Bill
  18. New cedar closet, that's an expensive screw. Bill
  19. Wow you guys drive slower than I do. Welcome to the forum. To many places to list. Top places might be NO., San Antonio, Texas golf cost, Texas hill country including the Fredericksburg area. Bill
  20. Looks good but haven't stayed there. We were just up the road at Moody Beach and Wild Duck. Also down in RI at Wardens Pond last month. Bill
  21. What make/type levelers do you have? Bill
  22. How much did you pay for the warranty? Bill
