  1. Carl, We are getting there. Oklahoma and Texas have reciprocal agreements for their, Pike pass and the Texas Toll tag and the one in Houston. Oklahoma has the same with Kansas. One day soon Texas and Kansas will do the same. No tolls to Perry from Texas. Herman
  2. Carl, If I remember correctly, you can select to attach and pull it up from your pictures or photo album. Now pick a good one. Herman
  3. Norledj2 Welcome to the Forum. There is a welding supply company, AIRGAS. They have stores all over the US. The last number I knew was over 4,500. Take a prescription to them and ask if they can put you prescription on their national computer. So you can exchange your "E" cylinder at any of their locations. Also keep a copy of prescription with you at all times. Good Luck, Herman
  4. But Carl it is so Fitting. Go to your profile and click on "Change my picture". The first time I tried I had to get Todd to help me. Herman
  5. Morning Kirby, Florida to Texas, will that include a side trip to Perry next week? Love to have you and Marilyn come to the Meet and Greet the Forum get together on Thursday March 17th at 5:00 pm in Seminar Room 5. Herman
  6. AIR, One of the problem with towing over a certain weight without an auxiliary braking system, Insurance. Should you be involved in an accident and do not have a braking system your insurance company could refuse payment. Just my thoughts. Herman
  7. Matt, Welcome to the Forum. Go to or call your local Cummins shop and ask the parts department for a 14 psi cap. You could also take your cap to Napa, Auto Zone or O'Rileys and have it pressure tested. It may be just fine. Herman
  8. Tman. Do you have lights in your Bays? A way you can check is to put a volt meter between the positive lug and the positive post. with any type of drain it should show 12 volts. Pull one fuse at a time. If the voltage still reads replace that fuse and go to the next one. Continue till the volt meter drops to zero. ther is the circuit that is drawing down your battery. Then you can look for what is on that circuit. Simple but effective. Tman are you going to be in Perry? Giving a seminar? Herman
  9. Joe, I may be one of M & G's biggest advocate. If you have any questions just let me know. Herman
  10. Rich, Most of the time I find a stud and then use a nail or picture hook. Herman
  11. You are correct and I am diabetic. Never saw a sugar free wedding cake, that would as sacrilegious as sugar free Blue Bell Ice Cream. Herman
  12. Carl & Sonny, I know of about 20 that will be there. Those are just the ones I know, There are many more that will also be there. Herman
  13. kmsheets, Also Welcome. I also, "Scare Lights?". There isn't much that cam be done about the pitting on an Alfa. They had problems with the skin on all their units, That may be one of the reasons they are no longer in business. Sorry, Herman
  14. Bill, Ize got one of them fency ones wid the water hot units (aks Aqua Hot). When in an RV Park we use the Aqua Hot on their Electric rather then burning our diesel. Herman
  15. Joe, The M & G units are designed to fit specific year vehicles. The bolt spacing differs on make and year model. Had it on my 2003 Yukon. Would not fit my 2008 Silverado. However Randy did take mine in as a tradein. I watched them install my first unit and did the next ones myself. They have both new and remanufactured units. Both carry Life Time warranties. Lloyd should be in Perry. Herman
  16. amwilson, When in Madison last year the volunteers didn't have water to their rigs. Since they were there for a much longer time then most their water ran very low. One of the volunteers got a 45 gallon bladder and a 110 volt pump. He put the bladder in the bed of his truck filled it at one of the buildings and pumped water to many coaches. If you would like I will contact him to find out where he got the bladder. I know he got the pump at the local hardware store. I know that Harbor Freight and Northern Tool both have pumps. FYI the Surflo on our coach died on me this year. I got a Surflo pump from Northern Tool for, I believe, $49.95. It have a rate of 4.0 GPM at 60 PSI. It has such good pressure, that when we are hooked up to water I fill the tank and use the pump if the water pressure it too low from the hook up. Herman
  17. Bob, You just got the word from a flooring expert. (ex= is a has been and a Spert= is a drip under pressure) Herman
  18. Monacoman, I to have a 400 ISL in our 2002 Dynasty. Towing a Chevrolet 1500 crew cab 4x4. I have enough power to make it up Wolf Creek Pass, 10,850 ft., in Colorado with out any problems. Yes I went slow but everyone else was just as slow, cars included. Factory setup was done to accommodate the coach. I believe at that time the engineers knew what they were doing, now I'm not sure. Herman
  19. One thing I have always looked at when searching for a different coach is the Cabinets. If they are solid wood then there will be quality else where. However if the wood is a paper laminate then they will have cut cost and quality else where. Herman
  20. F448210, Welcome to the Forum. Glad you got good service. Many other folks will make note should the same need arrive for them. Herman
  21. Induction cookware will cook on all surfaces. Where all other non magnetic will not. That being said a year before the DW and I married she purchased a set of stainless cookware. 52 years later we are still using it. Good stuff last. Herman
