  1. I don't know if yours is the same as my Bounder. Try lifting the bed-- you may have to pull the aft part of the bed frame. There is a section with carpet on it that will pull out toward the passenger side and lift up. Under that is a panel with some screws in it like the closet floor. Good luck Bill
  2. Welcome to the forum. You have 2 very reliable indicators as to when your tanks are absolutely full. You can tell when the gray water tank has reached it's max capacity by looking in the shower, if you have water in the bottom of the shower and it won't go down your gray water tank is full. If you flush the commode and it doesn't go down, well you waited just a little to long to dump. Seriously are you at a RV park with hookups or some place where you have to move to use the dump station? If your tanks are filling up to fast you either have to dump or do a better job of water management. "My question is when the led light hits the full mark how much more room do I have?" To many variables between coaches. The only way you might come up with a number is to fill the tanks to where the lights show full then use a 5 gallon bucket keep adding till you reach absolute full. 3. Stayed at Yellowstone's Edge last year. I thought it worked great. I liked watching the river roll by and the fishing guides working the river. Interesting little factoid, the river flows North out of the park. Bill
  4. You might call and talk to them now and plan on stopping on the way through as it is a ways from the valley. Bill
  5. Try calling Texas Custom Coach, 10498 TX-16, Pipe Creek, TX 78063, texascustomcoach.com, (830) 510-4224 They are just outside San Antonio on TX-16 going to Bandera. We toured them when we were in town for a rally. Very impressive work. They do all kinds of custom and repair work. Bill
  6. Congratulations on your new coach. I see you already have a toad and a doggy in the window. Bill
  7. I use a Velcro strap to keep the coil cord from sagging/dragging. I just had to tape up some damage I found where something had hit and cut the outer covering. Bill
  8. I have an older Brake Buddy and have never had a problem. I suppose if you didn't set it up right you could have a problem but that is with any supplemental braking devise. Bill
  9. Interesting that I have never seen them or seen advertising saying they offer that service at rally's or shows. I did not see them at Perry Ga. this last time. I will be at the FMCA 6 state in Conroe next month and I will look for them. Bill
  10. Once gain this is a 3 year old post. It unlikely they are following it. Bill
  11. Welcome to the forum vgsully. It is simple enough go to the Michelin web site in this case for the XRV http://www.michelinrvtires.com/tires/selector/#!/info/xrv Here are the main things you will need to match in a different brand. Overall Diameter 37.1 in, Overall Width 9.2 in, Max Load Per Tire Single 4675/110 lbs/psi, Max Load Per Tire Dual 4410/110 lbs/psi All you have to do is match with, diameter and load range. Good year says 235/80R22.5 = 245/75R22.5 Bill
  12. You did notice this is a 3 year old post. Bill
  13. Not always, The female chuck in the front of your coach is so the tow truck can connect a air hose. They use a task made hose that has male fittings on both ends. Bill
  14. That exhaust pipe gets HOT you might try adding a heat shield over it. Adding an extension probably won't make that much difference. Bill
  15. As good scouts you probably have scouted out Pharr places. I was in Pharr, TX this February. May be down that way again after the FMCA rally in Cornrow in October. Bill
  16. Find the floor plan you and especially your wife likes. The only downside to a rear bath is if you don't have a half bath in the middle if you have company or kids they have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom at night. Bill
  17. I was doing some reading on this subject. Both Cat and Cummins say you don't need any additives. The big caveat is "if the fuel meets the required standards." Now how do we know if the fuel meets all the requirements? Now it is interesting that Cat says that additives will not improve performance but may "restore" performance. They now recommend 256-4968 Caterpillar fuel conditioner can improves mileage by 2-3%. They also recommend, 343-6210 Caterpillar Fuel system cleaner. Cummins only approves products manufactured by Cummins or it’s subsidiaries. https://www.cumminsfiltration.com/pdfs/product_lit/americas_brochures/LT32599_08.pdf So while saying you don't need additives they sell and recommend them. I am going to continue to run the Fleetguard Asphaltene Conditioner or Diesel Kleen. Bill
  18. edsugghd, Welcome to the forum. I would go read the information that rlbarkleyii posted. You might want to change your practices. rlbarkleyii, Thanks for posting that link I have seen it before but couldn't find my link. I think it is interesting that the thing most of us hate is one of the best things to do for lubricity, I am talking about running a Biodiesel mix. I find it is hard to find a place that isn't selling at lest 5% and have seen as high as 50%. Well on my old 03 Cummins I run Diesel clean more for the clean but adding to the lubricity can't hurt. Bill
  19. Welcome to the forum. If it doesn't get more than 8-10 degrees even 30.I wouldn't worry about It. You can see more than that from sunny side to the shady side on a summer day. Bill
  20. Just a thought. I have a main switch in the panel with the water pump and battery switches. I also have a switch by both sinks. First find the switch over the door on the main panel and make shure it is on. Try turning on the switch by the sink in the kitchen. Go out side and see if you can hear the igniter spark, it will spark for a while then stop if it doesn't ignite. If it doesn't ignite cycle the main switch off and on and it should try to light. Make shure your propane is on and the stove lights.Bill
  21. One big thing that is not stressed enough in the manual. NEVER go into neutral from reverse when getting ready to tow. ALWAYS go into neutral from drive. I have heard of at least two transmission failures from not doing it right. Bill
  22. Welcome to the forum. I found some Accuride: http://www.amazon.com/Accuride-28608AOP-Piloted-Aluminum-Wheel/dp/B00U6JJZRO/ref=pd_sim_sbs_293_4?ie=UTF8&refRID=0VYR6TBVN3HPHJ9G7CBP&dpSrc=sims&dpST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_ Here is an Alcoa: http://www.amazon.com/22-5-Stud-Piloted-Alcoa-Aluminum-10-11-25/dp/B001NPMNWE Bill
  23. This is why I recommended the blue 242 and because it is the easiest to find. http://www.loctiteproducts.com/p/10/15/t_lkr_blue/overview/Loctite-Threadlocker-Blue-242.htm Bill
