  4. Is that the only categories available? Bill
  5. With no information on the OP's coach, we don't know if it is covered under manufactures warranty or a aftermarket warranty. I don't think the places he is talking to want to deal with a warranty situation. With no response to questions I can't help. Bill
  6. Welcome to the forum. For the amenities you listed the only recommendation is. Cherry Hill Park, College Park, MD, 9800 Cherry Hill Rd, College Park, MD 20740 cherryhillpark.com, (301) 937-7116 I think I see a pattern. They even have some one to teach you how to use the Metro and what train and what stops for what you want to see. I would call now and make your reservation. Bill
  7. Welcome to the forum. I have to say that is a strange setup for dumping your tanks. Bill
  8. My trouble shooting indicated the magnetron was bad so I just bought a new microwave/convection oven. Found the same model so it fit in the same spot. abyrd, I know what you mean, they put big bead of silicone on the back to keep it in place. I was glad I put some cushions on top of the stove. Bill
  9. Welcome to the forum. I went through that a couple years ago. I didn't have a warranty but no one wants to work on microwaves. Especially if you have it out. They wanted to charge a "service charge" to come out and say out was bad. Have you tried the Geek Squad? or who have you tried and did you say you had a "warranty "? I bet they don't want to deal with a warranty company. Bill
  10. I know about the temperatures dropping in NM. We were at the top of Raton pass it was 55 during the afternoon but the park owner came around and alerted us to a cold front coming through and to shut off outside water. (they had drain back freeze protection) before going to bed. As we were leaving the next day I added water to my tank and drained my holding tanks and made ready for travel and just left the electric connected. Glad I did it was -5 when we got up and sleeting. It took a while to get the solid sheet of ice (inside and out) better known as the windshield clear enough to leave. Bill
  11. Isn't that the pull out for the Historic Monument Of Lincoln County, New Mexico. The other name for 70 is The Billy The Kid Trail. Lots of history in that area. Bill
  12. The only problem with using auxiliary heat Sources is with out the RV gas furnace running you are getting NO heat to your basement. Bill
  13. To go with what Kay said I would look in the yellow pages for a company that does restoration/clean up after spills. You did tell the place that messed it up they need to get it cleaned up. Bill
  14. Richard, This is one of those things you have to decide. I am not of the bus conversion crowd and don't know the rules. If you were a bus collector maybe it would be a bad idea to change anything on the outside. Personally I would do whatever mods made it better for me. By the way I found some pictures of your bus on the web. Nice looking bus. What I also found were a fair number of bus conversions with awnings. Bill
  15. Yep, RAYIN dragged it up and I never looked. Bill
  16. Welcome to the forum. Most RV parks have a storage lot. This is just a lot with no power etc. I would call around. Bill
  17. Well if you do you will be the first one I have EVER heard of doing that. No. Please restate this I don't understand what you are asking/saying. Bill
  18. That is great that it is ok. Thanks for letting us know. Bill
  19. Keep us informed. Did you try pressing and holding the "boost" solenoid that ties both battery banks together? Bill
  20. Well glad you got it fixed. Bill
  21. Glad it is working. Thanks for reporting back. Bill
  22. Letting it dry overnight might do the trick. When you do get it running let it run under 3/4 load for at least an hour to dry out the windings or any thing else that got wet. Bill
  23. See if this is the same one. http://www.omnipro.net/picker-relays/PTRH-1A-12C-T4-X
  24. Yes it is still an amazing deal. I corrected the price. Bill
  25. Yes as Brett said it will slow and downshift as needed to get to the target gear. What can happen is if you are going to fast for it to stay in a gear it will upshift to prevent damage. Say you have down shifted to 5th and you still pick up speed it will shift up if your rpm is to hi. This is where you use the service brakes to lower your speed. I find 4th is where I am most when going down steep hills, however on a couple I had to get down to 3ed. In 3ed I have had to give it throttle because it would slow to much. Bill
