  1. Drop the street view icon in the middle of the rv park. Bill
  2. Welcome to the forum. I don't understand some things hear. You have a Class "A" RV and you are renting a time share? You are driving a RV to a time share. What kind of toad do you have? Personally I cant and don't recommend anyone drive their RV into Yosemite. I have a hard time trying some place to park my CR-V. I have driven around a couple times trying to find someplace to pull my CR-V over in some of the view point pull offs. Bill
  3. You do realize this goes back to 2018. By the way that is a little longhorn. If you come to Fort Worth there is a guy who will take your picture on his longhorn that he rides. Bill
  4. I came across something fun while checking out a place to stay before going to Gillet. While looking at Cody Wyoming Trout Ranch I zoomed in and drooped the little orange man for a street view. Well you do it and tell me what you see. Drop it in the middle. Let me know what you see. Bill
  5. Mike, I want to welcome you to the forum. I have seen some of your projects and I am just a little jealous of all the toys you have in your shop. Bill
  6. Kay if you go to Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post on rout 66 you can rent that trailer and spend the night in it. He has several vintage trailers for rent. He also has some period tow cars to go with them. http://www.enchantedtrails.com/ Bill
  7. Welcome to the forum. Double check that the battery temp sensor is installed and connected correctly. Bill
  8. Trust me we can help you spend your money faster than you would believe. Welcome to the forum. The first thing is to go weigh the coach with it loaded like you are leaving on a trip. Next set your tire air preshure. based on the load. Go on a few trips, I would do some local trips to help you get familiar with the coach and driving it. You should have most of the basics from your old camper. I agree with Kay keep a tablet and pen handy so you can wright down things you forgot. When you get home work the list. You don't want to be "that guy" who keeps borrowing the corkscrew to open your wine. Let us know how your first trip works out. Bill
  9. About the only thing with gas is to look at your Gas Buddy app to find who has the best price. Bill
  10. I think it is fun that all the stock footage is of older "vintage" campers and few shots of newer ones. Bill
  11. Hear is a interesting video. Tell me what you think.
  12. Don't understand what you are trying to say. The switch by door is not a circuit breaker so how is it kicking off? It would be very unusual to have the roof air routed through your Inverter. Bill
  13. Not enough info to make a guess. Welcome to the forum. Try again, what are you trying to do, what RV do you have. This is why it is helpful to put all your basic information in your signature so you don't have to enter it every time. Look at some of the others. Bill
  14. I cheated this last time When I bought a new to me camper the dealer (without asking me) put 6 new tires on. (on his dime) so I am good to go for the next 6 years. I will just start saving now so I will have the money then. Bill
  15. I think for a futuristic concept car they might have used a V12. Like the one from the 1932 Lincoln. Introduced in 1932, the Lincoln V12 was essentially a Ford flathead V8 design with a longer block and heads to accommodate four extra cylinders. With a displacement of 267 cubic inches (4.4 litres) the V12 could deliver 110 horsepower and 180 lb-ft of torque, an impressive figure at the time. Bill
  16. Nice rig. Carl you are getting slow. Bill
  17. Yes, Never had a problem. Bill
  18. Ok, looks like a stout set up. I am just not that familiar with the double tag set up. Bill
  19. All the manufactuers have similar warnings and most are more to cover their but. So owners don't try to do it when it is way out of level or so it is more stable. I can see a problem if the body was badly twisted it might be a problem I seldom put my leavlers down if it is a level site. I think you would be ok putting the slides out. PS. Are you shure they are hydraulic? That looks like a big electrical cable attached to the front of the unit. Bill
  20. Well once again the OP hasn't been back. Wayne, I was looking at that route because we are going east after Wyoming and Co. Most likely route is pick up I-80 to the south of Chicago then merge onto I-90 (The Mass Pike West) and take it the rest of the way to I-95 north.(take the 495 loop around Boston). We are going north of Portland ME. I don't see the "I-84 through CT to Sturbridge then maybe US-20" but I would stay on I-90 much better route and they have places to stop. I have been cross lots in New England and had a hard time finding a place to pull over and accessible fuel stations are tough to find.. It has been 2 years since the last time I was up there but I have been in that area a lot. Bill
  21. Perhaps you should go back and read what you posted. " bought two new tires. Next year I will get two more and in 2023 I will get two more that will complete a 100% change of tires before their 9th year." So do you start breaking the tires down to inspect the inside of the casing starting at year 7 like Michelin recommends? Bill
  22. Yet there you are talking about running tires longer than the accepted time. Wouldn't it be smarter to start 3 or 4 or 6 years before you need to replace them and put money aside in a savings/tire account so you will have it when you need it? On top of that you might make a little interest on the money. Bill
  23. Just curious what chassis /RV has four tag tires? Bill
  24. Most solar systems have a charge controller that will show what you are getting from the panels. Bill
