  4. Dennis, Welcome to the forum. Heare are my recomendations. Un fortuanatley the Fort Worth Dallas area has a shortage of campgrounds for it's size. Fort Worth: Cowtown RV Park, 7000 I-20 Frontage Rd, Aledo, TX 76008, cowtownrvpark.com, (817) 441-7878 North of FW in Grapevine but a good place is: The Vineyards Campground & Cabins, 1501 N Dooley St, Grapevine, TX 76051, vineyardscampground.com, (888) 329-8993 San Antonio, TX: The last time we stayed in SA we stayed at: Admiralty RV Resort,1485 N Ellison Dr, San Antonio, TX 78251, admiraltyrvresort.com, (210) 647-7878 Albuquerque NM: Enchanted Trails RV Park & Trading Post, 14305 Central Ave NW, Albuquerque, NM 87121, enchantedtrails.com, (505) 831-6317 I was there 3 wheeks ago. It is on the West side of town. It gives you good acess to down town and "Old Town". Try the Church Street Cafey when you are in Old Town. Scottsdale, AR We were in Chandler for the FMCA Ralley so this place I heard abot frome people in our groupe who stayed there before coming into the rally. Twin Palms RV Park, 2225 E Main, Mesa, AZ 85213, twinpalmsrv.com, (480) 962-8607. Heare are a couple of good aps to help you find places. http://www.rvparkreviews.com/ http://www.rvparky.com/ Bill
  5. Brett thanks for checking with your support person. That answer sounds typical tech support. Funny but on other forums it works just fine. Spell check signatures. Now I have checked both browsers for updates. Disabled everything in settings including view signature shut everything down did a restart and enabled view sig again with no results. Carl I need a service dog quick. Could you find one that can do spell check? One other thing that points to it being a FMCA site problem. Remember a few weeks ago we were playing with changing font size and cooler in some post? well I could do it in IE but not chrome. Now this feature is gone from IE also. Bill
  6. Lets start with why the genarater shut off. Do you have more than 1/4 tank of fuel? Did you try to restart it? I don't staart my coach unless I can drive it atleast 30 miles. This will get everything up to temperature. Short runs maynot be enough to charge start batterys. Look at and clean the conections. If you have lead asid batterys you need to cheack the electrolite leavel about quarterley or more often in hot climets. Did you try the boost switch to tye both battery banks together? (you have to hold it down to make conection) Let me know what you find. Bill
  7. Well I can't see my sig or any one elses. in eather browser. Bill
  8. Did you try the battery bost switch? Try starting the genarater and let it charge the battery. Let us know what you find. Bill
  9. Ok loged out of forum and FMCA web site and loged back in. Bill Still no signature or spwrel cheack. Ask Carl I need one. Ok did the same with IE-11. Kay I can't see your signature and the show sig switch is on in settings.
  10. Lately, I can't see my signature in either Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. I started using Chrome because spell check quit working in Internet explorer. Now it isn't working in either. I have checked all the settings in my profile and settings??? Bill
  11. Good job. Now some preventive maintence on the rest of the conections. Bill
  12. Can't they overnight it to you? Singe it have it noterised and cvernight it back. Might be able to do same day. Bill
  13. The Sony would probbabley be cheaper to replace. Bill
  14. That first trip is always something to look ,forward to. Where are you going? Bill
  15. Welcome to the forum. Thanks for posting. Bill
  16. I looked at the Samsung but it was 6" to tall to fit. Bill
  17. If you use Camo gorilla tape no one can see it. Bill
  18. 90 miles is a short trip to get it fixed and find out what is causing the light. My first guess is it is something to do with the emissions system. Let us know what you find out. Bill
  19. Now you owe her a nice dinner for fixing your problem. I like the way she thinks. Bill
  20. I came across this on another site and thought I would post it here as an alert. This is from the National Park Service web site. If you are planning on going to Yosemite National Park I would contact them and check on the access. Big Oak Flat Road (Hwy 120) closed into Yosemite Valley; no access to Yosemite Valley via Hwy 120. Big Oak Flat Road is closed between Crane Flat and Foresta due to storm damage. There is no access via Hwy 120 to Yosemite Valley from Buck Meadows, Groveland, or Sonora. From Groveland, use Hwy 49 to Mariposa, then Hwy 140 to Yosemite Valley. https://www.nps.gov/yose/index.htm (209) 372-0200 Bill
  21. Welcome to the forum Kelly. I would look abd see if you can locate the outher wiers where he replaced the conector. You should be able to go back to a 7pin conector. I dout he pulled them all out. Let us know what you find. Bill
  22. I am in the "no rock gard" camp. My toad has only a couple of small chips. I watched very carefully when I got it for damage while towing. I have 60,000 miles on it now and I can't see any damage that can be attributed to being towed. I was talking to some one about this same subject at the last 6 State rally and we looked at his toad and it was badly chipped. He had the full with mud flap behind his coach. I don't know how high it was with his bags inflated to travel hight but I think it was to low and causing stones and debris to be deflected up into his toad. I have made it a point to look at coaches on the road to see if they had the full with flaps. I have also noted they don't hang strait down when at speed. they are at a 30-45 degree angle. Well until Herman gets NASA to let us run test in their wind tunnel we won't have any definitive proof. Bill
  23. Welcome to theforum. I think it is time to get a second opinion. Bill
